Instead of letting the situation impact the customer experience, they found a way to keep things running smoothly, communicated clearly and kindly, and still managed to serve top-quality subs with a smile. ON Wednesday, Aug 5th in the middle of the aftermath of a tropical storm and the power failures it caused, i really needed to feed my boys. The Lincroft NJ location was near my job so i ordered online. When i got there i found that the power had JUST gone out. I went in hoping that they had filled my order ( a roast beef sub and a cheesesteak). But, no. And now the slicer couldnt work. BUT The guys that worked that night were SO wonderful! They offered to make me two cheese steaks, GAVE me two cold sodas from the cooler, coupons for free subs and most of all, smiles and encouragements that my day would get better! Thank you...

You don’t get customer service like this anymore. My wife ordered us 2 sandwich meals on Memorial Day weekend to be delivered. Our order arrived and we didn’t receive the chips or drinks. I called and spoke with the general manager just to adjust the price for 2 sandwiches and don’t worry about the chips and drinks. He immediately asked for our address and drove it to us within 10 minutes, apologized and handed me a card for a free sandwich next time. He could have easily refunded us over the phone but he went above and beyond. You don’t see that these days. We are now Lincroft jersey...
