First time I go here and they charge me for my order, and another customers food. Why? Because they don't keep orders separated at the front counter. They're too focused on making new orders as they come in, and piling it up at the front. I get stuck paying for 4 items on my bill. I question how could it be this much? They were hesitant to reverse the charges hoping I'd just go away and accept it. Nope.
Second time I pay first and spend minutes waiting for my food. Another customer picking up an online order comes in, they focus on him and don't give me any update on my order. One girl puts my food with the other customers order. I assume its his. He walks off. And it turns out it was my order. So what do they do? Go out to get my food back. I'm not going to eat something someone else walked off with. They were hesitant to remake it, but only did so when it got awkward enough. There was a manager or owner there, doesn't seem like they care about mistakes. It has to be an awkward situation for them to fix mistakes.
And some customers get bags and others don't for some reason.

Read moreI had the absolute pleasure of being served by Grace at QDOBA, and she completely elevated my dining experience. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely welcoming attitude that immediately made me feel like a valued guest.
Grace was not only incredibly friendly, but also impressively efficient and attentive. She listened carefully to my order, offered great suggestions, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it — all while maintaining a cheerful and professional demeanor. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes pride in their work and makes customer service look effortless.
You can tell Grace truly cares about the people she serves. Her positive energy was contagious, and it turned a simple meal into a great moment in my day. QDOBA is lucky to have her on their team, and I’ll definitely be back — not just for the delicious food, but for the top-tier service she provides.

Read moreWhere do I start? My burrito was rolled like a sleeping bag, which doesn't seem like a big deal till you take a bite and you feel like you're chewing through a tortilla flavored book. I asked for double meat and I got 2 half scoops, so I guess that's extra? Ordered quac and he took a random flat knife with left over guac on it and rubbed it on my tortilla. My wife's bowl wasn't even filled half way. I'm fairly certain that, if she would let me, I could scoop the contents of it into my hands. Mix this with the guy who made my burrito wiping his snot dripping nose on his arm every 2 minutes and quite frankly I could have saved my self the drive, gas and 25 bucks it cost. I used to be the highest level you could get on the rewards program but I haven't had a decent experience at a Qdoba in what...
