I’ve eaten here before and the food has been decent. This past Friday I picked up 3 pizzas as a takeout order for a work function. I unfortunately did not look in the boxes before I got back to work. The Brooklyn pie they sent out with me was completely burnt all the way around the crust. I think the thing I’m most upset about is that someone there thought this pie was acceptable enough to have a customer pay $17.99 for it and take it home to eat. Really Clubhouse??? About a quarter of the pie was eaten and the remainder was tossed because it was too burnt and hard to enjoy. When I called a few hours later to explain the situation and asked to come back in with the photo and my receipt the kitchen manager would only offer me a credit for my next visit. I work hard for my money and would rather the $17.99 back in my pocket. Food credit is not acceptable for me - especially since I won’t be back.

Ordered wings. Menu price is 16.99 - bill charged 29.60 with no notice of price change. Spoke with owner Mary who's response was sorry, the menu says (in small print at bottom) prices subject to change without notice. I would have never ordered $30 wings - especially when that's at least $10 more than their highest priced entree. When we pointed out how deceptive it was to NOT notify customers of a 75% price increase she responded that she wouldn't honor the menu price and that we don't know what she's been through with supply price increases. She also blamed the waitress and told us not to tip her. That isn't acceptable - the waitress was not the problem and we definitely tipped her. She wouldn't take the $10 off the bill but then suggested we take it off her waitress's tip?! The food was decent but I wont be back.

Lovely local bar and eatery. We ordered wings, extra hot and honey hot, and also the buffalo chicken wrap and crispy chicken wrap. The food was delicious and we will definitely go back. Unfortunately there was only one person there and she was doing everything herself, so it was a bit slow. I must add that she was apologetic and super sweet. I recommend this place to everyone šŸ˜‹

Clubhouse knowingly charged me almost twice as much for 12 wings compared to the price on the menu. My son, who is a disabled vet, called the order in and wanted to put it on a credit card and was told that they didn’t have time to take that. Pay when you come in.. I am his mother and decided to go in and pay for it, I was shocked when I was quoted $36 for 24 wings and a small soda. I paid, but when I got home, I told my son he took advantage of me. Che showed show me the price on the menu online and it was almost half the price. I am immediately called up, And identified myself as the person that just picked up wings. I was told that the price I paid was significantly higher than the menu they just haven’t gotten around to changing it. I said you need to do that and he said, ā€œ yeah,we doā€and he hung up. I told my son I was going to speak to the manager on Monday because they’re so busy tonight and he said don’t bother because this has been going on for over a year and if I looked under wings reviews, I’d see terrible reviews of them taking advantage as well in fact there was almost the same exact review, of them charging almost double for their wings from a year ago. They never changed their menu in a year, so I won’t hold my breath. My son is very upset and I am very aggravated. Look for me on TripAdvisor and yelp and any place else I can think of to post this. My son and his friend frequent of this place. No longer. Clubhouse is knowingly stealing. from their patrons. I checked the online Clubhouse menu and it has been...

Epic Fail with ZERO customer care. This was our ā€œgo toā€ place for ordering carry-out as well as dining in. We ordered from them weekly. I waited patiently a few weeks to write this, hoping the owner would call me as I had requested. No call, so here’s my review:

Super Bowl Sunday I placed our order hours before we needed the food, allowing ample time to prepare our pizza and wings. When I arrived the food was not only not ready, it hadn’t even been prepared. Understandably they were busy, and I expected that and understood that. What happened next was inexcusable. The 2 older women working were overwhelmed. They saw me waiting, and proceeded to help not one but 2 more customers before me. When they finally acknowledged me, they shrugged and pointed to the ticket indicating it hadn’t even been started. They simply said it would be 20 MORE minutes. Mind you, I waited patiently for 10 minutes prior to even being acknowledged, and was basically ignored, and now 20 minutes more! The sad thing is how they treated me. Not once did either woman utter an apology, smile, or even offer me a free beverage while I waited, all this for an order that was placed hours earlier! When all was said and done, I expressed my frustration and asked to please have the owner call me...and here we are, I am placing a huge order tonight for pizza and wings and it certainly will never be from CLUBHOUSE! I will take my money and spend it on a place that values...

*Update 5/27: I returned last evening with a large group of people for a birthday celebration. After the main group not being carded (avoiding the issue below for me), a few other people came in from New Jersey. Immediately these girls were carded and harassed for backup IDs. They all provided multiple credit cards, etc and were eventually served but our waitress was incredibly rude to them and messed up their simple drink requests.

The waitress sarcastically asked the one girl, ā€œ27 really?ā€ To which the girl responded she was 25. Her license had 1992 listed. Math people.

If my boyfriend didn’t love this place I would stop going forever for sure.

*Original review April 2017 Was refused service and asked to leave after presenting my valid out of state license. Waitress asked for a backup ID. Please tell me how many people carry two photo IDs. She stated it was a house rule... interesting considering I've been to this location multiple times before. Clearly won't be returning as I am not welcomed as an out of...
