Spirit Halloween — Local services in Middletown

Customer service was rude. I was accused of stealing for walking around the store. All I did was try on masks and take pictures with props. I was told, and I quote "If you guys are stealing, you're not slick" by an employee. This was both unprofessional and rude. I asked if she wanted to check my pockets and she said she didn't want to. The manager at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. She was walking around without a mask on cussing and yelling at her employees. And I'm almost positive she was on drugs. It seems like they just pull whoever off the street to manage these places. And DO NOT go at night, there are absolutely NO lights in the parking lot or outside the building. It is pitch black.
