After getting rid of a mattress that I was so excited about because it was too firm I ended up back at square one. I went to Mattress firm and tried out many mattresses with my family but ultimately I still was unsure of the best fit for me. Jason didn’t pressure me to decide right then and there and we communicated through the week about a good time to come back and work with him. The next time I came in about a week later Jason and Dom remembered me and everything that I had mentioned that I was looking for. I was in the store back and forth between mattresses and they were patient and very helpful until I came to a decision. After making the decision getting delivery set up was so easy and they made sure to make sure that I had everything i needed. Even when I had to change my delivery date I had no issues getting connected and the matter was resolved in a timely manner. My mattress was literally just delivered and I am beyond thrilled with the choice I made. Without Jason and Dom, I don't that I would have been this content and satisfied with the outcome. I called this store inquiring about the sale they were advertising. I spoke to Richie the manager and told him that I wasn't sure what I was looking for but I wanted to test the mattresses out. He agreed that would be best. My wife and I went into the store the next day and were greeted by Jason who was extremely helpful. Richie came out from the back, introduced himself and I immediately recognized him saying "I spoke to you last night on the phone" we laughed for a min and proceeded to discuss what my wife and I were shopping for. We tried so many mattress before we found the right one for us. We still weren't sure about a few things but Richie was very patient and understanding. We went home, took some measurements and came back to the store ready to make a purchase. Not only was Richie patient and understanding while we went home to double check some things, he was also very kind and generous.
