Every time I visit this location, I have the worst customer service in every department. None of the employees have basic work ethic, everyone’s on their phones, no one is willing to help you, and every time I check out with the one register person open they never are friendly or polite or wish me a good day. It’s always me exemplifying proper customer service onto them and they can’t even reciprocate a simple smile back to you. Today I did several loops around the store for 10 minutes, looking for anyone to help me. Finally, I asked the young girl in the self checkout area if she could page for someone to assist me, which she redirected me to ask someone at Starbucks to page for her. I then waited another 10 minutes at Starbucks and no one even smiled or said hello to me, so then I approached the returns counter where the gentleman was helpful, however, he passed along a walkie-talkie for me to walk over to the young girl at the self checkout counter, who was head down playing on her phone rather than helping customers or walking around to get a walkie-talkie HERSELF while in the clock to further assist me. I suppose today I got a part time job & modled proper customer service for Target employees for free- glad the paid workers were not bothered to even smile or do what they’re being paid to...
   Read moreWhen I go to this store there is ONE REGISTER open and that is it. No self check out - they leave that closed. Lines are long. It's never busy when I go, yet there is still a line b/c it's only one lone employee checking people out and it gets backed up with a large cart. It's not a lack of employees, they are everywhere milling about chatting and slowly stocking already full shelves. Customer service is usually empty too. It is a really weird store, I have no idea why they would build a mega complex like this but not want people to actually check out. The store is GIGANTIC and like most Targets, they have locked up items everywhere. If you're in a rush, do NOT SHOP HERE. Only if you have at least an hour to get everything done. I've been avoiding the store after being burned three times now with the lines, the wrong signs for pricing, and lack of customer service. Total waste for the area. In contrast, the Sprouts next door (much smaller store) often has two registers open and always has self check. That's six registers open compared to mega targets ONE....
   Read moreI rang my products up at the self check out. The register did not have paper for a receipt. I get a text when my account t is charged so I didn't care about the receipt. As I am walking to the door this young attendant male who was working that section ran behind me and said do you need help. I said why. He said you have to pay for your items very rude unprofessional. So I said wait I didn't fo through he said no you need to pay now. We walked back to the register and it went through he just didn't have the receipt paper to print. He never apologized and said oh yeah we have a lot of thefts. I felt very uncomfortable now everywhere I go I need a printed receipt and I might just wave it at the cashier for extra...
