Went to this Dunkin' 2x now. 1st time was about a week after they first opened. We went through the drive thru early one morning. Usually, drive thru is pretty quick even for two sandwiches and two drinks. This trip was not quick and sandwiches were wrong. Both my daughter and I chalked it up to them being new. Now to today, my husband and I arrived at Dunkin at 12:13 pm. There was 4 people inside in line ahead of us. We waited, with the other 4 people for 10 minutes before someone came to the front to start taking orders. I will say she did apologize to the first person in line for taking so long. After waiting on 2 of the four in front of us she then walked off to help with making the orders. It seemed as drive thru has precedence over the people inside and the other workers needed help dealing with that. Then we order 3 drinks (1- iced coffee, 1- sweet tea and 1- small caramel machiatto), 2 sandwiches and 1/2 dozen donuts (which by the way 60% of the donuts were blown out and not in stock). Had to choose spme donuts we normally wouldn't get due to stock being so low. Went to pick up our drinks, they came 1 by 1 with the machiatto last. This due to the girl who was making the drinks getting instructions on how to create them in the first place. The 'caramel' machiatto was wrong. We walked out with the food at 12:40pm.Total time in Dunkin from start to finish was 28 minutes. I visit different Dunkin's nearly everyday prior to going to work. I have NEVER had such a long wait or seen such incompetence at any other Dunkin. I will also say that there was coffee spilled all over the counter near the ice cream, someones fresh drink left behind and the beverage station with napkins and straws was blown out as well. These people need an on duty manager to lead and direct them. The store is new but dirty and un-stocked. The wait time is unacceptable. The service was terrible. They did have plenty of people working, but a whole lot of not knowing what is going on. Our family was so excited to get a Dunkin so much closer to home but to be honest, I doubt we will be back. It will be quicker for us to drive further to get accurate and timely service. Very disappointed, so much so that I took pictures of the mess. I typically never have an issue with any employees and if my order is wrong it's corrected. However unfortunately everytime I go and the ( very short Spanish man) ( giving physical description because I don't know his name) is there he always has an attitude and is very rude. Today my daughter ordered a curbside order and we waited 30 minutes before pulling around to the drive thru. He made eye contact with me and just kept walking by the window. When he finally did come to the window he opened it and said "what do you need?" Seriously I need you to use your manners and not have me waiting 30 minutes for fast food. I was polite and simply explained that my daughter ordered curbside and 30 minutes have past already. I don't know what his issue is but get it together sheesh! No the place was not...

Whether it be from it tasting like dish water, or TOO sweet (it sucks actually), or given the wrong flavor entirely. Just today I asked for 2 iced coffees w/ CARAMEL! Now I had faith in them so I didn't check until I got home (my fault I had too much faith in them to make the correct drink) to see that I got 2 coffees with French Vanilla swirl flavoring...now I didn't stutter when I said caramel and neither did the woman on the other end so I don't know how caramel got lost in translation and turned into French Vanilla. Yall just go to the one in Whittier, that dunkin gets my coffee right every time, so they prove it's not in fact...
