Wow. How the (I struggle to call her anything resembling decent or nice) "lady" behind the mobile pickups counter making the sandwiches/orders has a job is beyond me. Just being belligerently loud and ranting about shutting the door and locking it. "She did door dash in the past, has common sense." Oh yeah? Seems like you don't have that "common sense" job anymore, can't imagine you have that much. I've worked in restaurant's and fast food. Quit if you can't hack it. Yeesh, just an embarrassing person to even witness in the human-race.

Just going on a tirade the whole time I'm standing there patiently waiting 10 mins for orders to finish. Then when they're done, they sit there for another 2-3 mins before I get fed up and have to ask if those are ready or not. The best Double D I've been to in New England hands down. Most of them have been ok or Meh but these people got the jobs down. This is the only one place I've been to that deserves a $15 min wage. They were fast, accurate and polite which is rare in NE. I don't write reviews on places like this but these people deserve a good word. I went 3 days in a row and had different people each time and before I could put my wallet away they had my coffee ready and IT WASN'T hit or miss crap like I'm used too! It was perfect each time like the followed the brewing guidlines. All other DD should learn from the morning crew here.

I ordered a croissant stuffer, loaded hash browns and a medium hot chocolate and was charged $16, I was on my way to work so I didn’t have time to question it. When I get to my desk the hash browns were missing and I was given a burnt croissant stuffer and a burnt sausage egg and cheese on an English that I did not order. I was over charged and given the wrong items. I will never come back to this location again, after years of coming here this ruined my morning. They constantly take forever as well as messing up orders. I advise anyone to drive to a different location if you’re going before work.
