Bought a computer there 7 months ago that I use for work at my store with is nearby. Having an issue with printing off the internet. Could print off windows. Brought my computer there and Showed them the error message and he told me to go back to work and download the HP app for my printer or bring my printer ( which is huge ) in. Error message was clearly a software or internet problem. So then I called Staples customer service which told me that the $400 tech plan I bought wasn't good until after the 1st year and gave me the phone number for Lenovo - the manufacturer. Then I called Lenovo which after a 20 min conversation with someone in the Philippines told me they could help me for a $69 fee. Not going to pay that when I already paid $400 " tech plan" ( which by the way they wouldn't credit me for as the time had expired ) I decided to ask the 18 year high school student that works for me to look at. After googling the error code he determined it was an update that somehow was never finished. He fixed my computer in about 20 minutes. I would seriously consider never buying or relying on Staples for any tech support. They are clearly only interested in selling the product but not following up with what...

Associate Trent found the exact chair I was looking for, gave me the option to have them assemble it, which was only $19, and offered to carry the box out to the car. He also helped facilitate the rewards. When one of the chair arm screws, wouldn't go in properly, store Manager John, said to bring it in, and he would help. Shawn came by and asked several questions and really made sure that my father was comfortable in his choice. He asked great questions that my father hadn't even thought to look for and over all made the experience really comfortable.
