Simple top notch Italian and seafood coupled with world-class customer service from beginning to end! Upon entering the establishment, I was immediately greeted by a very friendly host. He indicated that they had somewhat of a wait for table which did not surprise me for noon time on a Sunday. He indicated that I could immediately seat myself at the bar if I wanted- which I did. Justin, Bartender and Server as well as Heather. Both associates were absolutely outstanding with their customer service skills and etiquette.
For lunch, I ordered Chicken Piccata w/Steamed Broccoli & House Salad with fresh grated Romano Cheese and Fresh Baked Seasoned Bread. I accompanied the meal with a Sam Adams Seasonal Cold Snap and Water with No Ice and Lemon. Heather, helped fill in for Justin who swamped with a huge table. Unfortunately, they ran out of the Cold Snap on tap and the 3/4 full glass was given to me as a gratis and I also ordered a Flying Dogs Snake Dog IPA! I also ordered plain house made Cheesecake to go!
I was referred by a friend along with two other restaurants but I am so glad that I chose Fratelli's. My friend indicated that they are very busy all of the time, so I was glad that I beat most of the rush. Plan to arrive as soon as they open if you have a party greater than two. All of the food is prepared from scratch on-site and the portions are generous and the quality of the food is exceptional. The service is world class and everyone works as a team to keep it moving and keep you happy and smiling! The bathrooms are clean and well maintained.Try Fratelli's Italian and Seafood... You will not be disappointed!
Returned again for dinner on 07/01/2023. Maggie R. was our server and she was extremely pleasant, friendly, courteous, and happy to help. She took the time to explain several things about the establishment and management. I asked to speak to Heather, Management who remembered me from my initial visit. It was great that Heather took the time to interact with my wife and I. For dinner, my wife had the Chicken Piccatta and I had Chicken Oscar. Both of the entrees had nice portions and were cooked to perfection! In addition, this is the ONLY restaurant out of thousands that doesn't allow employees to be on their mobile devices which definitely kills productivity. Moreover, the employees work in harmony and symphony to clear and properly clean tables faster than any other establishment that we have ever been to. The experience here is genuine and top...
Read moreThis was our first and last visit. Extremely unprofessional. As part of a veterans group we were scouting out venues for our vets to meet. My husband and I, along with another couple, decided to meet there to check out. We had a great time other than my husband wasn't a fan of his pasta. When asked by the waiter if everything was fine, he replied that the shrimp was amazing, but that he just didn't like the pasta, and no substitute was needed. No big deal, they were busy and it happens.
Our friends wife can't have cream sauces due to dietary issues. Her Pesto pasta came with a cream sauce. She commented to the waiter that the menu didn't say it was a cream sauce, but again, no worries. We were pretty much done with our meals at this point so she asked the waiter to just take it back. She hadn't eaten it. Again we were in a great mood, not angry or having any issues. Until a man who stated he was a manager came to our table overly aggressive and demanding to know what was wrong.
We were SHOCKED when he angrily told our friend that THEY DETERMINE WHAT A SAUCE IS NOT THE MENU!! Seriously?? I tried to intervene letting this "manager" know that everything else was fine, but honestly the menu for this item is misleading. In no way did anyone in our party raise their voice or was upset. It was the manager who created an issue when there really wasn't one.
The managers anger and aggression was over the top and absolutely uncalled for. He was leaning over, raising his voice, talking over everyone, and then threatened to PHYSICALLY REMOVE US from the restaurant. STUNNED. Our friends husband stood and told him to back off and stop speaking to his wife. At this point we were all in disbelief. Another manager came over apologizing and comped our meal.
Needless to say Fratelli's will not be asked to host any events for our 26,000 member strong veterans group and our members will be advised to avoid this restaurant. All because of a sauce and the managers inability to control his emotions. The female manager was visibly shaking and couldn't be nicer. I hope they deal with this guy and he gets the helps he...
Read moreReally looking forward to having dinner here with two of our friends. My husband and I previously had dined there approximately two years ago and it was great! To say the least we were totally dissatisfied with this visit the reservations were made from our friends for a table of four,We sat down,We handed menus a very young and I believe inexperienced waiter came over to our table and talked so fast we couldn’t even understand him I think he was trying to tell us the specials. he never introduced himself and you could tell he was in a hurry mind you it was 5:45 PM on a Saturday night so I’m sure he was busy. Being a waitress and former bartender I can understand that. But he came off very rude and seemed annoyed ! Now to get on with the food my friend ordered a rare steak it came out medium well the food was served by someone else so we didn’t see the waiter again until he came back over to our table. I ordered chicken Parmesan it was horrible the sauce had no taste and it was bland Looked as though it was laying on top of the chicken for a while The chicken was heavily breaded underneath and was just barely warm! Our one dinner guest got the crab cakes they were good ,Hubby got a seafood dish over pasta was also satisfactory. When our waiter came over finally to see how everything was our friend told her and showed him the steak he said he would speak to the manager. The manager did Apologize and tried to make it right by offering to make another one But she declined He did remove it from the check ! When the waiter put the check down we put the card in holder he took the card came back we had not filled it out and we had it laying on the table in front of us upside down with my phone on it. We were not ready to leave we were still in the middle of talking he came over and tried to grab it we told him we weren’t ready! He said I just want to take it ! we told him no we were not ready for him to take it yet he seemed very annoyed To say the least this was not a great dining experience that we expected. We will not be returning to this establishment in...
