First time actual customer at this location as my company orders lunch from them frequently. I decided I would give them a try on my own since I seem to have liked what they had. I called ahead with my order went down to pick it up handed the girl my card when she then explained they didn't take cards but there was a ATM in the back. I was already a little annoyed since they should have told me on the phone that they are cash and check only location. I then decided to go to the ATM in the back which was absolutely filthy and take $20 out when I realized there was a $2.50 charge. Now I was already paying $13 and change for a sandwich and a cookie and a drink so adding another $2.50 to this seemed a little bit much and I decided it was too much to pay for a lunch. I went to the counter and I said unfortunately I'm going to have to cancel my order due to not knowing that they were cash only. The woman said if I had a check I could write a check which I did not. I then proceeded to say that you should tell people on the phone that your cash only. Thought it would be impossible for them to tell every customer they were cash only. I can't imagine how hard this would be to say just those words before hanging up the phone but anyway She then proceeds with an attitude to tell me they've always been cash which I explained it was my first time at this location. I then started to walk away when she and condescendingly and with an attitude told me thank you have a nice day bye bye. I stated it was bad business practices and I stand by it. I can't imagine how you can build a business when you treat your first time customers this way. I will never ever spend my money at this location....

After eating a sandwich from here, I had some of the worst food poisoning of my life; which knocked me out for a week of high fever and inability to keep any food down.
When we went in at lunch time on a Saturday, we should have been clued in as we were the only ones there. The sandwiches were made with condiments out of old-looking tupperwares, and nothing seemed fresh with their low turnover. Deli meats, vegetables, and condiments must be kept fresh and be in steady rotation, not come from tupperwares stored for who knows how long.
Within an couple hours of eating their turkey sandwich, I started getting painful cramps which was the first sign of what was to come.
I’ll never go to pickles again and warn others to be cautious when ordering their food. It was expensive as well for what it was.
EDIT/ UPDATE: Then it was a Friday that I visited. I wasn't making up the illness this placed caused, and your response "nice try" only goes to show how little you care for customers. Maybe update your hours on google "Saturday, 8 AM–1 PM"? See you never...
Read moreI never write reviews but this one is worthy. This is the second time we’ve tried going here on lunch break at work. The young lady behind the counter has been continuously rude! The sandwich was cold, and she gave attitude claiming that we did not ask for a soup when I was listening to the entire telephone order being placed. She either lies or has a listening problem. The first time we went here she mocked my coworker with a “well, hello!!!!!” as she only walked through the door saying she was there for her takeout. This girl needs to get lost she’s a poor representation of...
