A Vegan Gem in Rhode Island!
Wow, what a fantastic dining experience at Sprout and Lentil! The moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the cozy ambiance and friendly staff. But the real star of the show was the food - oh, the food!
I ordered the âBlutoâs chicken sandwichâ with buffalo sauce and crispy cauliflower bites, and it was love at first bite! The flavors were incredible, and the textures were perfectly balanced. The buffalo sauce added just the right amount of spice, and the âcauliflower bitesâ with their ranch dip was just crispy perfection.
What truly made my experience stand out, though, was the warmth and enthusiasm of the staff. They were attentive, and passionate about the food they served. You can tell they genuinely care about providing an exceptional experience for every guest.
If youâre a vegan or just looking for a delicious, plant-based meal, Sprouts and Lentils is a must-visit in Rhode Island. I canât wait to come back and try more of their creative, mouth-watering dishes on my next visit to...

Their place is super tiny. I thought there would be a dine in area- but its really meant to be a to - go location. They did have a small bar stool seating area & a table out front if you choose to eat there.
What I got:
Cauliflower steak âsandwhichâ: a crispy fried cauliflower steak on a pretzel bun loaded with sauce & flavor! Wow! It was really good. The bun itself was amazing. Loaded with flavor. It was a simple dish but really delicious. I loved the added coleslaw which added a nice texture with the crispy cauliflower.
Cake pop/cupcake: had to try their dessert! Delicious vegan baked goods to go in their case. Both were super moist & wonderful.
Seriously, check out their adorable place. Lots of...
Read moreI've been debating whether to write this review for a few weeks now. My boyfriend and I have been going here for the past three years. While the food has always been somewhat pricey, we used to enjoy our meals. However, over the past year, we've noticed a decline in quality. Prices have gone up significantly while portion sizes have shrunk, making a $50 meal here seem overpriced compared to other restaurants we frequent. The service has also deteriorated. We typically order takeout on Thursdays or Fridays, often sharing a pizza, and have never had issues until our most recent visit. Despite placing our order over the phone for a few entrees and a pizza, when we arrived, we had to remind the cashier that we hadn't paid yet. We were also told that we couldn't get a pizza without pre-ordering it days ahead (wth). This experience was disappointing and has made us...
