Innerlight Yoga & Meditation — Local services in Middletown

What a treat! I had been looking at this studio from afar while spending a lot of time in down town Newport and other studios - I am so glad I made it a priority to attend the gentle yoga class at 11 today with the owner!

What I love? Clean, warm space with good vibes - substance is there without the usual frills of a tarot card or new age store and I just loved the simplicity of the whole place - felt very European❤️❤️❤️And so zen and light letting students focus on the inner pieces of one’s practice! It’s a lovely space with lots of room to spread out and natural sunlight!

What I loved?

The gentle, nourishing nature of the class. The slow mindful Pace and the melodic, tranquil voice of Kim the owner — who was teaching (Kathrynn??? Ugh so bad with names!)

I also loved the welcoming presence that she set and it overflowed to students attending. Everyone was warm and there wasn’t the “gym vibe” one gets in other places.

Easy Parking and free!

I am looking forward to taking more classes here! And love that they offer some early afternoon and late afternoon classes. It will be fun to rotate this studio...

I highly recommend Innerlight Yoga & Meditation. I have been practicing at Innerlight for 10 years, This is a very inviting and friendly place for people of all ages, abilities and levels. I enjoy a variety of classes including yin, vinyassa and the All Level classes taught by a variety of teachers. I started my yoga practice here without any idea what i was doing.
