I get the same prescriptions prescribed to me every month. Every 28 days I go to the pharmacy in hopes that its ready....and EVERY time, they tell me they are out. And that I HAVE TO FIND a pharmacy that has it in stock. Every freaking time. Today I even asked the lady at the drive thru window if they had it in stock before I requested it to be filled...to prevent me from having to wait days before it gets filled. Like usual. She tells me that they have them in stock and tells me to come back in an hour and it will be ready. I give them 3 hours and get told that they are out of stock. Like usual. I didn't receive a phone call letting me know to save me a trip....and that same lady gives me an attitude when I seem bothered by the fact that I HAVE TO LOCATE A PHARMACY that has them in stock. She tells me that it happens to EVERYONE not just me. What I wanted to say...but I don't like to be mean is....why couldn't you call me earlier in the day when you realize your mistake so I could get a head start on fixing the problem. Instead I get told an hour befor they close...leaving me zero time to do anything about anything. Basically forcing me to go to work tomorrow unmedicated and unsure of what to do. My question is...if it happens to EVERYONE EVERY MONTH....like myself...then why the hell do they not make changes to their ordering process. Or change the person doing the ordering? I guess its not a big deal to have to go without your medicine for a couple...
Read moreDue to staffing issues they have lost their amazing Bakery cake artists and been reduced to sub par people in white aprons. I ordered a cake. The whole ordeal was a nightmare. After being told multiple things about my edible image and finally ordering an edible image from online, they then refused to even do much with the cake insisting the image would be too big. Day of order came, called 3 hours before pickup. They forgot my order. Had to settle for another cake flavor because it was too late to make half and half. I come to pick up the cake and it isn't even a rectangle. It was a white blank cake. I asked for a ribbon of icing at the top edge, insisting the image will still fit.... girl looks at me confused. Starts walking towards floral. Explained icing ribbon again. She says they can't because it is already done, she would have to ask. They gave me a bag of icing to do it myself. I'm paying $25.99 for what??? The cake is bleeding through thin spots in the white icing isn't even coated properly....
Read moreI’ve been going here for about 3 years & this is by far the best place i love to shop. The Workers are always working and smiling and i always enjoy my visit. The associates know my children by facial recognition which really makes their day. My son is extremely social for a 2 year old and i love how interactive the associates are with him. Giving him some entertainment while i try to mangle groceries on the self check out. Their rewards program/ card is really neat. We save so much money and since we forget the card a lot we can use the phone number associated with the account to still earn savings. It looks like the management there are really intuitive and respectful. The store is kept neat and clean but they are always restocking which isn’t a bad thing. Boxes and such just sometimes get in the way of the walkway. Otherwise it’s a perfect store. I love going late at night when it’s much more peaceful to shop. 5 stars are...
