Crumbl - Midland — Restaurant in Midland

I didn’t even make it inside to know I’ll never give this company my business, one of their employees was blocking the alley way for traffic to go through for some time, to which we honked repeatedly and they would not move so i decided to get off (because we thought maybe they had music up and couldn’t hear) and ask “can we pass?” When i was greeted VERY rudely with a response of “NO IM WORKING RIGHT NOW YOU CAN GO AROUND” (mind you she was on the phone on a phone call in her car) where i responded we COULDNT GO AROUND because traffic is INCOMING. She then proceeded to get attitude which caused me to respond back as such to which she threatened me saying “SO WHAT DO YOU WANNA DO FIGHT? I CAN CLOCK OUT RIGHT NOW” just trashy altogether. I understand if that’s how you operate at home but they are representing this business which i would NOT recommend if that’s how they get over a simple question!! I tried to explain the situation to the employee who came to see what was going on but she seemed uninterested after co worker had already straight up lied to her!! My husband had to drag me to the car because she literally got me out of character after hearing the lies she had to tell her coworkers. Just outright crazy for someone to react over a simple request! I imagine her...

Midland Crumbl Cookies is what one would expect from businesses in Midland, a disorganized hot mess that takes twice as long as it would anywhere else on earth. Patronize for the cookies, because they are yummy, wear your patience pants because.... Midland business. Order was placed online and ready on app ready for pickup at 6:10. Arrived at 6:30, there isn't a line for pick-up or ordering. Multiple boxes of varying order sizes waiting. They ask my name, talk amongst themselves (all while working frantically on additional orders on screen) can't find my order. I try to show one staff member my phone, she completely ignores me, then in a huff, brings over a large box of cookies and said, here, this one has no name. Sadly, not my order... more custys flow in for both pick-up and ordering, more chaos ensues. Finally, the guy at the register takes my phone and handles my ONLINE order. Watch him prepare cookies in box, ice the lemon cookie in my order, bring the boxes over and ask if they look ok... at 7:10, I have my online order. Be prepared for an expensive, time consuming and...

Listen, I’m not a cookie person. Never have been. And these cookies are like crack. We love trying the new flavors and the cookies are definitely big enough that you get your money’s worth.

Our personal experience with the midland store has always been wonderful. It’s always nice and clean and you never have to wait long. So one time we went to get my all time favorite “berries and cream” and they were out when I went into the store to pick up my order (that flavor is amazing btw). Anyways, the big bearded guy that works there (sorry my guy, I don’t know your name!!) was super awesome and apologized (no biggie my guy, y’all got slammed and that flavor was amazeballs) and they only had like one or two flavors left and he was kind enough to refund me and then gave me a coupon for a free box since they were out and that’s the whole reason why we went (I wasn’t even mad). Anyways, super awesome customer service, really nice people, and some damn good cookies. And shout out to the big...
