Over all the food was good not great but good! I had no problems with service or anything of that sort though I did feel uncomfortable by some of the clientele. I went late at night roughly around 8:00 p.m. and as I was sitting here I watched as a pickup truck pulled up into one of the parking places proceeded to sit there and not order any food shortly after multiple other pickup trucks pulled up and people would get out and go over to the one pickup truck that didn't order anything with cash in hand and leave without the cash I'm not sure what was going on but it did make me very uncomfortable and the way that the people in the truck that people were walking up to treated the employees was very inappropriate and I didn't like the atmosphere of that at all it made me want to leave and not come back to this location this is the only Sonic location here in town that I've seen this happen like I said I'm not sure what was going on but again it just made me very uncomfortable obviously and no fault of the location but I felt that people should know that something is going on...
Read moreI tried Sonic's food for the first time in years last night and it was really disappointing. My cheeseburger was completely cold and barely palatable. I've had better burgers in the school cafeteria. I was so hungry I ate most of it anyway and ended up with a stomach ache. So if you are thinking about buying one of their burgers I encourage you to skip it. I understand that the store closes at 10 but when I receive my order at 9:20 pm I should still get a quality burger since I paid for it. Not one that has been sitting under a heater or maybe just sitting in the refrigerator for the past hour or two.
I also ordered light ice on my drink which reflected on my receipt and it was stuffed full. This has consistently happened the past 4 times I've ordered a drink with light ice. Read moreThe car hop here decide to help his self to a $0.75 tip. I know they don't make a lot of money but does that entitle them to my money? I think not. Well some people don't place any value with the penny anymore it's still our money it's not the merchants. And taking $0.75 would have been a tip for him but since he took it I took it back. One of the other disappointing things is the manager at the time while she did come out she did not return to me with an answer as to why he did or an apology. Management may need a little work in doing their job properly and ensuring customers are treated right. Especially when it comes to theft. Sonic employees should be more concerned about their image and not still from the customers which are the reason they have a job in the first place. Management do what's right do what's fair but own your employees behavior. An apology from the manager or sure would have gone a long way. Will be a long time before I go back to Sonic due to this situation...
