The first thing that I seen when walking in is only 2 people in the back. It looks to me that the girl who was making pizza was also the one helping prepare the pizzas to. The first thing she said is that it's going to be 1 hour to make a pizza sorta like she was trying to make it seem like they are to busy so go away feeling. So I kept my cool and said thats fine I'll order. So she finished the pizza and the phone rang so she answered and finished putting there order in and then the phone rang again and she did another order. I stood there for nearly 30 mins before she could get my order. I got my order done sat down and noticed the other employee went to the bathroom and I remembering waiting a full hour to get my one pizza and as I was justjleaving he bearly came out to the bathroom from when I first gave my order. I could tell that they were understaffed and moody but it's not the employees fualt for not getting enough people to have a full working crew. I just think corporate could step in and make this a good Domino's again. Also I can't remember ever walking into a restaurant and not seeing prices on the board. But this Domino's did not have a single price for any of there items on the menu. Also there card reader was not working so the girl had to manually enter in my card and charge my debit card as it was a credit card. The place was clean and there was no one else in the restaurant but me. But I don't think I'll ever come back to this store ever again and it's such a shame to because it's so close to the house. Read moreThis is our go-to pizza place for price, quality and convenience. We can get a great deal using coupons and the drive thru. This location in particular usually makes our pizzas with care and come out fantastic for the price. Unfortunately on our recent visit the text notification option never sent me a message and the online order progress said that our items were started the moment I sent it. After waiting for a text I checked online again and it said they were finished so I drove to the store. Upon pulling into drive thru there was a customer in front of me. For 8 minutes the vehicle did not move nor did I see the store window open. Thinking the online status of my order was correct and my pizza's might be sitting there, I called the store from the line. I was told the vehicle was waiting for their order. I told them that my order was showing as complete (now 30 minutes later) the employee said that the" app was wrong, it's always incorrect and nothing was ready" A minute later it was my turn to pull up in line. After getting my name he was able to get my pizza right away. I immediately they didn't feel as hot as usual. Upon opening the boxes at home all pizzas except one looked like old pizza, and they were not hot (we live 2 minutes from the store) the toppings were sparse on all except one and evenly distributed. I spoke to the manager the next day made my complaint he acted like he didn't care and told me I needed to order again and pay for it and they would get it right. This location is messed up my orders before why buy Domino's Pizza when you get ripped off and get treated with disrespect when you make it complaint I'll never order Domino's again this location is trash The manager needs to be fired on the day shift who I spoke to.
