A few years ago, consistency was a pretty big issue locally. (very noticable topping amount variations, one time pizza crispy-another soggy, etc.), which is more concerning, when you pay $30 for pizza (Specialty ones) for 2 adults.* We stuck with them, however (❤ their 🍕, when done well & did ALWAYS worked with us on ANY errors/conerns, providing EXCELLENT customer service) & SO GLAD we did! Not sure if there's been staff changes, improved training, better management, etc., but the last couple years (at least) have been 99% TOP NOTCH (1%=-always out of plates😆)! Previous concerns are NO longer even on the radar, as I can't even remember the last time I even had to call back, about a problem (after our delivery)! DARE I SAY, THE BEST PIZZA IN TOWN? YES & BY FAR (I'm Italian & do NOT say that lightly)! So, if you stopped going or just haven't been in a long time, GIVE THEM ANOTHER TRY...I HIGHLY doubt you'll be disappointed & this Domino's will most likely be your new "go-to" for PIZZA take-out/delivery!👌😋👍

Read moreI gave the WEBSITE a low score because it was So cumbersome! But I give the Midland Rodd St store 10⭐️❗️(This is an update 3 years later. I gave the 5 star review back then. The website has improved. But my pizzas are not as good as they were back then. I’m guessing that during Covid, staff appreciated having an “essential “ job and showed great care with cooking the pizzas. My last one (April 12th 2023) was a thin crust. I ask for it to be pie cut and the last three times, it wasn’t. My cheesey bread wasn’t done inside and the bacon in it was raw. Even though I used the app, I called the store immediately to make sure it was pie cut. My receipt shows a hand written note asking for that cut, but it was not done. Even the cut was a mess. Some pieces were less than an inch wide and cut with overlapping cuts, as if they weren’t looking when cutting. Calling to let the store know, I was told that it must have been busy and that’s why my order was bad. I ordered it at 6:17, it arrived at 6:28. The delivery person even remarked that mine was the only order at that time. I also included a 20% tip on my card that isn’t on the receipt. It will be a long while before I try them again. Read moreI have NEVER had a bad experience with anything I have had from Dominos!! Tonight was a nightmare!! After trying to put in my password on the website several times, it expired and booted me out.
I am a frequent and loyal customer and love the points I accumulate. So I called the store to see if my points would apply if I made a phone order. I was told they would not.
I then thought about it for awhile and called back to a manager. I think his name was Carl. He said my points COULD apply, so I placed my order.
• Italian Sandwich, no peppers • Caesar Salad • 2 liter Diet Coke
When the driver arrived, he had only a 20 oz bottle of Diet Coke. He apologized and said it was the stores error.
When I made my salad, there was no Caesar Salad Dressing so I can’t eat it because I don’t have any in my house.
The sandwich was good.
