Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Midland

While I am a regular customer at this establishment, I've noticed a recurring issue with pizzas being consistently dry and hard. On my recent visit, I decided to order a pizza and, knowing there would be a wait for a fresh one, I specifically asked the employee taking my order to add extra sauce. I even have a receipt confirming I was charged for extra pepperoni and sausage, and I explicitly told her that since I was being charged extra, I wanted to ensure extra sauce was included for my daughter. However, upon receiving the pizza, it was incorrect. I spoke with the manager, or who identified herself as the manager, explaining the situation – that my daughter requires extra sauce and that despite being charged for extras, the sauce was missing. She acknowledged the error, stating the pizza was made incorrectly and I was charged incorrectly. She took the pizza and offered to make a new one. After waiting approximately ten minutes, the new pizza appeared visually acceptable, as shown in the photo. However, upon arriving home, the taste was extremely poor, leading me to suspect that the food had been tampered with. I'm concerned that this may have been a result of the initial order issue, particularly as the employee who took my order seemed to have difficulty understanding English and made errors. I had a delivery order that was placed at the location in Midland on Midkiff. The driver whose name was Omolaja was extremely rude to me. He couldn't find my building and as I was explaining it to him he started yelling at me because he didn't understand what I was saying and he hung up on me. I called the little Caesars they gave me a corporate number to make a complaint, I couldn't get anyone on the phone and I left a message nobody has called me back. I'm upset that I was yelled at by the driver and ever more upset that once I left the complaint nobody has reached out to me,especially since the workers at the little Caesars on Midkiff knew exactly who I was speaking of when I told them the driver was rude, I was informed that it wasn't the only complaint they had received from him.
