Needed a compressor. The owner came and gave his estimate, stating they would be right back. Lies!!! They came back after my husband called them twice! Owner comes in and stares at me and told me that my husband kept calling him! I told him that of course since what he told me was that he would be right back and three hours was not right back! Then he told me he had to go get a compressor. But hey don’t worry as he brought a new one that had a longer life line!! The super duper compressor would cost $500! After calling my husband, I told him that we didn’t want the Superman of compressors.
He and his helper moved my refrigerator and while I was seated in my den, that’s the closest room to the the kitchen, he cuts the line from compressor and let the freon out! It caused me to get sick. After they were finished, hours later, they left. Two hours later, when my husband came home, we were having dinner and the darn noise was back!!! Same noise double in intensity. My husband called him and he said he would come in the morning as instance from my husband! When my husband went to unplug, we saw the horrible work. Not only did he bend the back, the compressor was visible !
He came late on that Saturday, and was angry that my husband had called him!! He got so angry he took a step towards my husband screaming in his face. Long story shortened, he said there wasn’t going to give us with the work he had done. He asked the helper, “Do you think I should leave them with a working refrigerator”? Then cut the line again and let the Freon out, and left! So once again I got sick from it!! Read moreI had this company come out to service a simplistic electric Admiral dryer that was only blowing cold air. I was quoted a price of $355 initially for the repair and when I declined, I was offered a price of $295. I was also offered a service of cleaning out my dryer vent with a blower and snake apparatus. I declined all services and paid the service call fee of $135. I told him that I could purchase a new one at Home Depot for $450 and his co-worker quickly iterated that it would more than likely be on back order because most were not available in the store at this time. The repair man appeared to be disgruntled and angry that I didn't jump at the chance of being overcharged for their questionable service practices.
I normally do my research before choosing a random company and sure wish I would have in this instance. I was highly disappointed in the ridiculous outrageous price. I purchased this cheap dryer 2 years ago for less than $300 so why would I repair it for more than it was worth? I looked up the parts he told me I would need and the total was approximately $52 . I would not recommend this company to anyone and I advise to please do your research on your item needing repair, the replacement of a new one, and the company that you choose to invite...

They put bandaids on a problem until the warranty runs out instead of fixing the problem in the first place. Then, when you call them for an update on the repair, they don't answer or call back. Their technicians just shake their heads up and down like bobble heads cause they don't speak English.
We have a freezer that has a freon leak (or whatever chemicals the freezer uses to freeze). I asked the technicians if they checked for a leak before charging the system. Of course, their heads moved up and down. A couple of months later, the freezer started thawing out again. I called the company for a fix. I'm told some special chemical that stops leaks will be ordered, and they will call me when it comes in. In the meantime, the same technicians come in and recharge the system. Months later, I never get a call back. The technicians never come back out, and the freezer malfunctions again. I called the company. I'm told the special unicorn hasn't come in yet, and they'll call me back. After several attempts of calling and them not picking up, I realize it's just another con artist getting away with...
