Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory — Restaurant in Midland

Yesterday around 7 my family and I went to go eat here. After I decided to go use the restroom before we left. Coming from the kitchen door by the women’s restroom was water all over the floor. By the time I had notice the floor was wet I ended up falling on my knees face forward. I tried walking it off when I walked into the restroom but I kept sliding because the water was also traveling under restroom door.

I knocked on the kitchen door to tel the lady who was right there making a mess with the water She just looked at me and kept doing what she was doing

So I went to go look for the manager to tell him that it’s all wet back there from there to the restroom. And the manager was being a bit rude and didn’t stop what he was doing to fully hear what I had said. He just said did I want make a report and kept making food. I guess he had never heard me said yes to the report. Waiting 30 mins I had to tell another employee to go tell him I’m waiting for the report paper. He then finally realized i was waiting around waiting for the report. He asked for my ID to put my I for on paper and my attorney and had me sign it. I’m this manager was being a bit rude and as l am sure I was supposed to fill out the information on the paper But he took over it. He never asked for my number or anything. Good thing I decided to take a picture of the report. Also As he’s talking to us I realize his manager shirt is just filthy. If I would of saw this manager before I ordered I would not have ate. His shirt was just spotted everywhere old spots near spots. Just the thought of him wearing that shirt and touching our food was disgusting. I also told him that the flooor in the restroom was horrible and he said yeah it happens. So then I look at the floor Everywhere and honestly this is the most dirtiest rosas floors I have seen change y’all’s mop head constantly! Have someone come wax i dont know it’s just Bad now. Been going to this rosas for years and just because yall got new tables and chairs don’t mean...

We have given this location way to many chances to get better. EVERY single time our nachos look like they came from the bottom of the case, all crumbled up. Our food is NEVER fresh from this place. We ask for salsa, they don’t give it to us. We order a steak fajita burrito, we get 2 small pieces of steak. My daughter just ordered a chicken fiesta salad and it had THREE small one inch pieces of chicken. Out of an order for 12 people, only 3 people didn’t complain. (They only ordered tortillas and beans). My husband has lived in Midland his whole life and refuses to step foot on this property. We will take our $60 for our little family of 4 somewhere that actually puts forth the effort. Rosas Restaurant prices for sub par fast food service and quality. Most overrated place in Midland. Save your money, time, trouble and frustration. I would rate this a zero if I could....

Overall I can say I love Rosas. It always has great food and a ton to pick from. My favorite things to eat are their chips and queso, fajita burritos and their rice. Although I could eat this place a few times a week there are some issues. The issues I have are concerning that I feel like I don't get what I paid for. I understand they are busy and go fast to keep the traffic going, but they make some things so messy and it just gets annoying. I order a bean and chesse burrito and half the beans are on the outside. I order meat nachos and half the chips don't have cheese and literally just looks thrown in there. I just want to be able to enjoy my meal with the amount I paid for. I highly recommend this place, but just don't always expect to get a lot of...
