Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Midland

Oct.1st, we placed an online order. When we got there to pick up our order, the lady eventually came out to inform us that their system was down. I left my number, because they said they would call us about reimbursing our $77.00. Next day, no call from them. So we went there, the lady said that 7 to 10 days, the owner would reimburse us our money. It is now the 14th, still no money put back on my bank card. And when you call their number, it never goes through. This business handled this whole thing so poorly, from the one worker refusing to give us her name, to the other lady telling me that if we still havent received our money back after 10 days to just dispute it with my bank. They have most definitely lost...

I LOVE Scooter's Coffee! I am so glad Midland, TX got one! I will be a regular customer! The customer service was fantastic and the ladies inside had a great attitude! My doggy got a pup cup so he was happy as well with the customer service. Definitely go here and grab you something! Loved my experience here! Me and my wifes favorite coffee place better than *cks we were very exited when we tried this place and their coffees very good they have oat milk coconut milk and almond milk and regular milk. and other drinks food breakfast sandwiches and egg bites, breakfast burritos.. i highly recommend scooters but like i always said we all have different tasted...
