To start with, Shay was amazing! If could give 10 stars for her alone, I absolutely would! It was all a very pleasant experience overall. The jalapeno popper burger was really good. The typickle (regular cheeseburger) burger would have been great but it needed to be seasoned a LOT more. Burgers are something that must be seasoned before or minimum as soon as they hit the grill. You can't ever season them enough once they are cooked. But the meat was good quality and definitely handmade. I'm also a purist and prefer regular buns and toasted on both sides. But if you like a sweater chiabata bread, then you are good to go. And, I bet they would grill it on both sides and put extra seasoning on it next time if I asked. Their homemade chips were delicious, pickles were great and the fried jalapenos were amazing! We also got the buffalo fries. Their fries alone are worth a trip in. Very unique style of fries and the buffalo add on was really good too. They did not have many pickles for sale for some reason though, which was a bummer. We have to try a dessert or two next time. I may not be back for the burgers but I do want to try the other menu items, especially the chicken sandwich. But we will definitely be back, even if it was just to get some fries and say hello to Shay! I know she just started but she...

I put my number on the table, went to the bathroom which is shared with another business (single person restroom). I sat down, waited for quite a long time, saw a whole bunch of other people get their food before me that came in after me, after about 30 mins I was like WTF.
I go up to the counter, they 100% forgot about me, which is kind of depressing because I was the only guy to tip them in their tip jar when I placed my order. It was completely empty, I put almost $3 in there. I'm just like really, fuming internally. While they seemed nice once the food came out, like 10 people had already received their food and eaten/left before I got mine.
It was great food. I loved the Buffalo Fries. The lemonade was great too. Just felt horrible being forgotten. I had the number visible on my table and everything, just overlooked me, dropped the ball on service.
I spent less time at a packed Tex-Mex restaurant in Grapevine, TX last night than I did at this establishment before I finished my food.
Hopefully it's just a one-off situation and you won't...
