I went here opening day. I had been super excited about this place when I saw that they were under construction. I understand that it was opening day, but they did open 15 minutes late as employees kept coming out to take a bunch of photos.

Once they did open, I was immediately questioned about my Instagram following and other followings. But I do understand that this was for promotion and allows an incentive to come.

I ordered a Mango Milk Tea Slushie. I was charged between $7 to $8 dollars for a large and received a medium. I later found out they only have a medium of that drink. So I'm very confused on how they charged me almost double.

While waiting for my drink to be made, I noticed that there was only 1 person making drinks and they were machine made. It look me 15 minutes to receive my drink from when I ordered.

When I took a sip of my drink, it was very watered down with not a lot of flavor at all. After a couple of sips, I started to feel sick and so did my spouse who tried it as well. We noticed the flavor changed and had a weird aftertaste that weirdly tasted like cucumber?? The drink was also separating after sitting for like 5 minutes.

I've also had an employee look at me and seemingly glared at me and looked annoyed.

I have gone a couple of time after open day but unfortunately nothing has really changed for me.

Keep in mind that I've only tried the drinks and not...

I typically love coming here: the baked goods are quite tasty, teas are yummy (a bit overpriced for my liking), and it’s just a cozy little spot where you can meet up with friends or get work done. The employee, Sherry, was rude from the get go the minute I walked in — and I think for good reason. I greeted her and she pretty much didn’t say anything back; even asked how she was and she just frowned and gave me a thumbs up. Off and on when I was waiting for my drink, I caught her roll her eyes at a customer that ordered after me. For starters, she appeared to be the only employee working behind the cash register and preparing drinks. Typically I see maybe three or four people working, but she was sadly the only person handling it all. I can understand the stress and the lack of friendliness to patrons ordering. I hope this company treats their employees and staff well. Secondly, the only thing that grinds me gears is the lack of a nutrition guide on their baked goods and probably extremely sugary tea beverages. I’m glad they include allergens on their food descriptions, but information regarding caloric and/or sugar intake would be...

The presentation when you open the door and walk in it's fantastic it's very nice but once you get to picking out what you want to order you cannot order you have to get it yourself it's hard for me to use a set of tongs and carry a tree while I'm trying to walk with a cane but that's my problem lots of the things they have in the case look like desserts they look very good but a whole lot of things they have when you first walk in and there's big glass cases it seems like it's all kind of the same thing just with different ingredients on the top and the price of the drinks they have there they wanted $2.50 for a half a pint of milk personally I believe a lot of people will go there once or twice but it'll probably burn out and people will get tired of it it's not something that people go there for to sit down and eat is it hard to tell which is the desert and which is a role with lots of stuff on it but that's just my opinion you may go there once twice maybe three times and then you won't go there anymore but that's...

Some of the staff working here have bad attitudes. I have bought here many times but they almost always do not do what I ordered, 1 or 2 times I did not say but it happened many times. Especially today I ordered about 6-7 cups but they made a mistake for me. I ordered two cups of Matcha Paradise, I always drink them usually with crystal pearls but today they did not give them, and gave me black beans and red beans in here? I ordered a cup of milk tea size L, on the label it still said size L but they made it on size M. But when I told them they had an attitude towards their customers and it was not my fault. I still order jasmine green milk tea because I always buy it for my brother but today they made it very bitter for me. I have bought here before and the one on Hull street but the staff attitude is very good, I do not understand the staff attitude here. I must say I am very upset to have to rate this but their attitude is very contemptuous of me.

I was so excited to try this out. Bright and inviting upon entry. Desserts showcased and presented aesthetically. Fancy bakery cafe with fancy baked goods and cakes. Tons of drink options. If you like boba tea, milk tea, milk cap tea, sparkling tea, yogurt tea they have it all. The coffee cake was probably the best coffee cake I’ve had! Light and airy, not at all dense. The whipped frosting was not overly sweet, and it was prettily decorated. Perfection. This is my new go to spot for ordering cakes. Can’t wait to try other flavors. Too many enticing baked goods to choose from but I had the ube bun and ube bread. I like that neither were too sweet. Sometimes ube desserts can have too much added sugar. They were the perfect texture. So fresh and pillowy. Outstanding! I didn’t order anything to drink so I cannot comment on that but will try next time. Needless to say, I definitely recommend. Beware if you are on a diet, you will want to try everything.

Great atmosphere... And that's it Drink was a waste of money, they spent so long looking at a screen on how to make it that the ice on the cup had already watered it down before it was made. I get this drink at the broad Street location so I know 100% it was watered down. It was a very unorganized long process, it took 15 minutes for 4 people to check out. No direction or lines were designated causing extra confusion among people. They also unnecessarily add a lot of plastic waste to each individual pastry at this location causing trash for dine-in and extra trash for take out I wasted my money coming to Midlothian for this, if you really want the real experience, go to broad Street I won't be coming back to this location. I'm really sad that this was my experience
