This is the worst Whataburger I have ever been to, me and a friend of mine went through the drive-thru to order one chicken strip sandwich and onion rings. We went through the drive-thru and the people at the drive-thru literally forgot our order five different times and had to ask us what we ordered, we never got our order and we had to leave because we were late to get somewhere very important. So before we leave they tell us to come back later and that they would give us some free food as compensation for our time. So we come back later and the manager whose name tag said GrandpaGM refused to give us any compensation for our time and handed us the food that we ordered, then we drove away and I looked at my sandwich and took a bite and it was the wrong sandwich and I had to go back again and they still did not give us any compensation for all the trouble they caused and the manager was not apologetic for our experience. This was the worst Whataburger I've ever been too, I will never be back. Ps. When we went there in the morning it was at 11 a.m. and we sat at the drive-thru for almost 30 minutes, when we came back later that afternoon around 4 p.m. is when the manager Grandpa GM was on duty (he was a young guy probably in his early twenties or so) and he is the one that was not apologetic or concerned about the situation and the one that got the order wrong the second time because he would not allow us to tell him what we ordered the first time even though they lost the order it took us at least 20 to 25 minutes to second time to finally get the...

Went through the drive-through and I was the fourth car in line to get to the window. I set in my vehicle for 35 minutes before I was able to get up to the window.
When I did get up to the window, a black kid about 14 years old, open the window and asked me what I wanted!! I explained that I had ordered a Whataburger with cheese and no lettuce and a large Dr Pepper with Extra ice she then told me my order was going to cost $9.83 which I handed her a $10 bill. She shut the window and here I said it again for another 5 to 8 minutes in my vehicle until she opened the window and asked me what did I order again! ! I told her exactly what I ordered once more and then I would like to have salt pepper, and my change and my drink! She looked at me like I had six heads for asking for my change back! She did then shut the window, and I waited another eight more minutes before they finally opened it up gave me my change, handed me my sack with my Whataburger in it and my drink I didn’t ask for the manager.
A white woman came to the window and asked me what did I want and I told her that I have been in line for over 35 minutes and what it happened and she looked at me like so what!!!

Read moreI usually come here for breakfast twice a month, give it take. A few months ago, as every Midlothian resident knows, this place used to have the WORST management, the WORST customer service, and the WORST employees. Orders were always messed up. However, over the last few months, there has been a great turn around. I haven’t received a wrong order in a long time. Also, there is this one lady who I LOVE seeing. She’s so full of smiles and just very courteous. I don’t know her position but I always see her at the register in the drive thru. I might get her name wrong but I think it’s La Toya or maybe La Tanya (forgive me, if you see this. I really do appreciate you despite not knowing your exact name. If I ran a business, I’d recruit you in a heartbeat.).
Whataburger Midlothian, you have an excellent employee who makes my experience enjoyable every time :) keep her happy because she has options with a personality like that :)
