I usually hate to leave bad reviews like this, considering i myself am a barista but this place was unbearable. The manager Jackie was annoyed that I had asked if they have venti cups because she had given me a small, when I had asked and paid almost $9 for a large, so yes Iām going to get one. I even said sorry because i felt bad she was going to have to remake it, she just grabbed the drink and aggressively dumped it out in the sink with it splashing back on her. She continued to take her time remaking my drink, as she continued to talk just like she had while making my first one. And I get multitasking but maybe you should wait until you actually make the order right considering I had already been waiting awhile with a bad experience. She truly didnt seem to care about her job or take it seriously, I get how draining and annoying customers can be. But I feel like employees like these are the reason why some customers give us suck hard times. I like this Starbucks & this is first time this has happened but it is unacceptable. There is only 1 worker but like i said no one else in line.
