This is the last time I'll eat at a Chili's. It used to be one of my favorite chains, but the chain overall has gotten worse, and this particular location...well there's something wrong with it. It used to be that chips and salsa were free. Now they're over $5. I ordered a "bowl" of soup. It was the size of what used to be called a "cup". It tasted okay, though it might have been heated up out of a can. I ordered Coke Zero and got something that was not Coke Zero: probably Diet Coke. The whole restaurant seems strangely unclean, as if there's a sheen of beer and soda sticking to everything. The little terminal at the table that you use to pay with was so disgustingly sticky that my finger was literally adhering to it. The terminal then crashed—rebooted—while I was in the middle of paying. Service was poor: little eye contact, no smiles, no kind words, just the bitter, terse, minimalistic standing-nearby-and-jotting-things-down-on-a-tablet that passes for service these days. (I did get a nice smile from the server who actually brought the food.) Overall, the experience wasn't terrible: not terrible terrible. It was just poor, and unpleasant, and why would I pay people money to heat up mediocre food for me and pour me the wrong kind of drink in a dirty environment when I can have all that at home for free?
This was actually my second time into this location, my second try. The first time, I stood there at the door waiting for 10 minutes for the hostess to find a table for me: this was in a half-full restaurant with many open seats. She then suggested I sit at the bar. I did. The bar, though, was so filthy that I simply walked out of the restaurant. That was an unpleasant experience, but I thought I'd give it another try.
Nope, it's generally bad. I won't be...
Read moreSo I am a Chilis lover, however I have to leave a review on this location. I am not a complainer and even when something is wrong I usually let it go. This location is horrible with getting food orders right, dine in and to go. So my 3rd togo order is what prompted this review. To go order 1, she gave me less than half a cup of margarita to go and said it was the amount before they use ice. FINE! To go order 2, they left off my chicken crisper leaving me with fries only and wouldn't refund my money, instead I was offered to drive back to the location to pick up the crisper or get a $10 gift card sent to my email 3 days later. I took the gift card. To go order 3, (I informed her of last 2 encounters and specifically stated double check because i live far) she gave me the crisper but no fries on 2 of my orders. Then I had to wait 15 mins for fries, which leaves my other food cold and then she didn't have my ticket ready. I wait for the ticket and she tells me i can't use the gift card she sent because her system is down and then she over charged me $4 for some sauce I didn't get. Then when I was trying to pull up the order for her to see, she rolls her eyes and walks off , sarcastically saying "sorry about that." ....."excuse me what do you mean sorry about that?!!!". Give me my $4 bucks back...if I had on clothes I would have walked in behind her (Catlyn or Katlyn) and the cops would have ended up at Chilis behind my respect. Oh n she kept my .19 in change. Its my choice to give u my change. Im livid because she's the manager and she is suppose to make sure the customer is happy. I now hate Chilis. (My ex...
Read moreI walked into the restaurant on February 25 2025 at 10:20 pm. I waited for a few minutes at the podium until a (tall white male with a mustache) waiter came out and approached me and told me that the dining room was closed and they're only accepting to go orders. I was very upset because it was nowhere close to closing time (11:00 pm)and that he clearly did not want to serve me. As I started to walk out, I turned back around and asked for the manager's name and to speak to the manage. The waiter states that the manager is Steve. He leaves me and goes to the back, then a few minutes later another waiter comes out (approaching me as if like he's the manager) and asks how can I help you? I asked him, are you Steve the manager? he replied and said no. I looked at him straight in the eye and said I want to speak to Steve the manager. Finally Steve comes out (African American gentleman), and asks me "how can I help you?" I told him what happened and if they're closed and not serving anybody, that they should change their hours on the door!!!! He told me that they're not closed, just the north side area of the dining room. So if you want to sit down and eat, I would have to do that in the bar area, which is totally different then what the waiter told me!!! Neither the waiter nor the manager handled the situation properly. Someone needs to be retrained or even fired!! Worst...
