Burger King — Restaurant in Midlothian

Giving this Burger King a 1 star for the food prep alone. Visited this store earlier today juat before 6pm. Decide to dine in, the young at the counter was very nice and friendly from start to finish. My husband and I order the 2 meals for $10.00 He asked for the Italian Chicken sandwich, I asked for the Whopper. After about 20 minutes of waiting, which we didnt mind, our food was called out to us. My meal of Whopper, fries came out hot and fresh. My husband's did not. His Italian chicken sandwich was fully wrapped but ice cold. He went back to the counter person, mentioned how cold the sandwich was. They took it back and reheated it on a machine for a couple seconds. Given the fully wrapped sandwich, he unwrapped it again at the table and it was cold again. He was done. Something is not right with whatever warming device they have in the kitchen. We left without him eating, he went and got a Jimmy Johns sandwich. Whoever the shift manager (young guy) is that was there at 12:30 pm on March 14th needs intense training on food safety, cross contamination and cleanliness.

He handed me my order in drive thru with sopping wet hands which dripped into my order. He also handed me my debit card and receipt both very wet.

My order was a mess…. Classic wrap that that the chicken was so burnt that I couldn’t bite through it and of course no napkins no thank you just turned away with a smirk on his face.

Went inside to use the men’s room and the floor was greasy like it was mopped with the kitchen mop. Lucky for you I didn’t fall

I find it odd that this store never replies to any reviews….. that is a sure sign of management and franchise/ Company owned operations that don’t care. My next step is to...

First we loved Burger King. Not so much anymore. Twice we have been here ordering through the mobile app and twice they left stuff off my order. Each time I tried to contact the store directly, but only got the 1-866 number which also has poor customer service. They have no information and a supervisor will call you within 2 hours....really!?! There is no information on who the General Manager is and the 866 number can't even give you the District Manager's name or number, let me guess why. An employee came from somewhere in the store and called my son a name, great customer service! They grilled him about what we ordered even though he had the order number. Beware of the customer service here and if you do go double check your order before leaving...
