Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Midlothian

I frequently visit this place for a smoothie. Last week I was here and ordered my usual, large strawberry banana smoothie. What I received was not satisfactory (right picture) because it was not a full cup. Since most of the time they are full, I accepted it and moved on. This morning I went to get a smoothie and this time it was filled less than the last time. I told the young lady at the window that I wanted a full one. I could see her tell another lady ( assistant manager) that I wanted it to be full and could see her roll her eyes at my request. After I received my replacement (left picture) I asked the window lady if I could speak to the manager. As it turned out the lady that prepared my order was the assistant manager. I asked her why she rolled her eyes at my request. She said she did not roll her eyes. I told her that I saw her and then she changed her story to " I didn't roll my eyes at you". That's two back to back poor service trips. I will now take a break from this place and look elsewhere to quench...

Always SUPER Friendly, always super fast! Been using this location for about 3- 4 months now. This morning i arrived at 7:30,it takes me exactly 25 minutes to drive to work and i said okay i have 5 minutes to get my coffee, there were 7 people in line, and 1 ordering, and another behind them in front of me. So 9 cars. I had 5 minutes i almost just left but i decided i needed coffee more then i cared about being late. MAN WHEN I TELL YOU i was through the line by 7:34 my order was fresh, tasty and fast. Everyone in front of me was also smiling as though theirs were also fresh fast and perfect. Ive never been so impressed. There was it looked like maybe 3 people inside and they were all cheerful and perky and on TOP of things. I really hope they are as happy as they appeared working because they are DAMN good at their jobs. I am so impressed and on time to work, absolutely fantastic service. Oh also get the app. Its kinda pricey but it tastes GOOD and if you have the app you get a lot of free stuff the longer...

I ordered the Lucky Leprechaun drink this morning and I wasn’t too impressed with the flavor. It tastes like a vanilla shake with a small hint of mint. The staff were great and offered an additional shot of flavor to make it more to my liking. I’ve been going to this establishment since they’ve opened and I try to go daily and sometimes multiple times a day and they’ve always provided exceptional service. I’ve only had maybe 3 occasions where something has been off but they always step up. There’s coffee shops coming up everywhere so there’s a lot of choices but this location will always be my choice. To the owner, I hope you read this and you know how wonderful your staff really is and you value them and how they take great care of your customers!!!
