Bamboo Room Bar — Restaurant in Midwest City

I have never been so disrespected in my life I’m not a drinker I just love karaoke I always buy a shot and sip on it so I set it down and talked to the DJ looking for a song the bartender comes and just grabs it I wasn’t even done with it I still had half of a shot so I’m trying to tell her I don’t know she couldn’t hear me or if she was just flat out. Ignore me. I approach a bar and I reach my hand slightly over the counter and I say hey, I wasn’t done with that. She looks at me me back my shop with an attitude, and then I go to discuss again with the DJ I was going to sing And she approaches me and tells me don’t ever do that again reach over the bar instead of apologizing for taking my cup the music is clearly loud. I don’t know how she expected for me to get her attention. My feelings were hurt. I’ve been looking forward to trying this bar in the karaoke. Went here a while back with my friends and 5 dudes harassed my friend for knocking a ball off the pool table which he paid the $1 for and went back to playing pool 5 dudes surrounded him and started to jump him when I asked the female bar tender if she was going to do anything to stop them she replied with “well they are regulars” okay and? So you just let random idiots harass people and jump them safe to say my friend can fight so he took on 5 dudes drop on of them on their damn head rightfully so and he came out with not a scratch cause those 5 guys can’t fight for crap had one of the guys girlfriend outside trying to fight my male friend in the street I then got involved girl wouldn’t touch me tho cause she scary lmao safe to say if you want to have a good time at this bar you won’t cause the quite literally let their regulars harass people for no reason at all it’s honestly ran down and the drinks was mixed poorly asf dingy hole in the wall bar with not safe environment and idiots who clearly can’t...

Met some friends there for drinks and pool. It has a fairly large parking lot which was pretty empty. The outside of the place is plain and looks a little sketchy. But inside, the place really opened up and looked nice. It wasn’t very busy either.

They had free pool that night, which was great. The bartender was nice, but it took 20 minutes to get her attention and the bar was less than half full.

The drinks were good and not over priced.

The restroom was pretty clean for a dive bar.

I played a lot of music that night and the sound system is not good at all. The high notes get lost and the bass is really all you hear. Also, the temperature was pretty warm.

I’m not saying it it’s a bad place at all. I had a pretty good time and would go again. But if they could fix a couple things, this place...
