I recently had the pleasure of working with John as my personal training coach at 10-Gym, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. I always look forward to visiting the Midwest city location for the Group classes, even though Norman is my gym and I live far away. The Jaime's are always absolutely wonderful and welcoming and kind and extra helpful and fun in all of the classes and I appreciate them so much, As well as the women and men that are in those classes, being polite and helpful. I have to say that Maverick has been exceptional with going the extra mile helping on this unfriendly app and working through it with me several times. Being a former computer programmer, I had to say this is one of the least user-friendly apps, and I would love to be able to provide feedback of how to improve it and make it more seamless. It makes it almost impossible to check in for classes through the app, when it should be as simple as a two step process and instead, it can be 7 to 9 steps. It makes it miserable and makes it very difficult for those who were already reluctant or had anxiety about attending a class to want to go through with it. I’ve been coming here on and off since I was 16 and I haven’t had anything negative say. The staff members are very helpful and nice and they do really well with keeping up with the overall cleanliness of the gym. I also love the recent changes that were made. Frosted glass on the windows in the group x area, new machines and the turf was an absolute game changer (thank y’all for keeping up with the aesthetics 😂😭). Most importantly, I feel comfortable here. I don’t feel out of place or self conscious and that really does a lot for me while I’m working out.

Also, I came in to workout tonight but I had to make a payment first. I explained to the young lady and her manger that the card I had on file was stolen recently and they were really accommodating about the fee waiver (I didn’t get names but it was a young lady with dark hair and she had on a yellow shirt and the manager behind the counter with her was wearing a light grey shirt. I know that’s vague but I truly forgot to ask for their names) they were so nice and even though I would’ve paid either way, I really did appreciate how nice they were about that. Always...
