Swig — Restaurant in Midwest City

I have two complaints from extremely loyal customers. 1.) there is a shoulder length light brown curly haired boy with a beard who has the worst attitude I've ever seen. Never smiles, doesn't ask for a phone number, doesn't make eye contact, just stares at their order system and mumbles "what do you want?" And that's the only thing ever said during the entire transaction besides the total. (There is another curly brown haired employee with no beard and glasses, he is phenomenal!). Our drinks taste totally different when he's there. In a Strawberry Breeze, the coconut can now BARLEY be tasted, it's basically just water now. The Spring Fling, can barely taste the strawberry in it, it's basically straight Dr. Pepper. Everyone else is also phenomenal! 2.) when swig opened two 44 oz were 8ish dollars, now $11-12?! I get inflation but raising prices 1-2 a month...

I’ve been coming to this location for a couple of months now, the drinks were always really good. I never had any complaints until recently. Every time i go up to this location it’s at a variable different times, early morning or late at night, depending on what staff is there, is usually what determines if my drink is flavorful or entirely bland. I always wore a happy face up there despite not receiving what i ordered and had pleasant interactions with the staff i’ve seen. A weekender with only reviver and sprite isn’t the same as what it says on the menu. Two months ago i would of given this place a full star, more positive review, but i’ve been extremely disappointed spending my money here as of late and would like to see some actual change so i can keep coming back to...

We really enjoy our refreshing tasty drinks from Swig! So glad they have one in Midwest City! They have great customer service always willing to help suggest something or they're patient while we gather everyone's drink order in the car. The line always moves quickly even if there's a bit of a line too! Our kids enjoy their Shark Attack & Poppin' Pineapple drinks & I really like the Dirty Dr Pepper. I am usually trying to think of a reason not to go and grab a tasty treat when running errands. Definitely swing by and try something! Don't forget to download their app too, it helps you see what all is in what drink you'd like! And after you add some so many points you're able to get something for free or several $ off!...
