Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Midwest City

Worst Zaxby's experience I've ever had. I placed a mobile order and arrived 1 minute before it was supposed to be ready but there were 3 cars ahead of me so I figured it wouldnt be an issue. I get to the window and I'm pulled to the side because the boneless wings weren't ready. 20 minutes go by before I decide to go inside. Mean while, they are working on someone else's incorrect order who was also pulled forward. They were still in their car and every time the staff came in they were yelling at each other and acted as though that order was a complete inconvenience. I go to the desk and they kept yelling back and forth about when my order would be done and kept having to ask what my name was for the order. They offered a cookie or brownie for the wait but I denied their offer. A few minutes go by and another staff mentioned that I should get some free food and the original girl snapped back "I offered but she didnt want it." Another 5 minutes go by before I received my food. The main parts were right, but I had to ask for the right sauces. I was just happy to have my food and said "have a nice day" with a genuine smile and I got barely a reaction. I've worked food service before and this is beyond acceptable behaviour in the service industry. After I got home my husband and I bite into our boneless wings to find them extremely soggy and cold. We refused to eat them out of fear of under cooked food.

We spent about $35 on a meal we couldnt even eat. For that price I expect exceptional service and hot/fresh food. It's sad when I could have sat down in a restaurant for cheaper and MUCH better service.

Edit: not sure what happened but first they didnt have my PAID sauces 5 of them ) in the bag, then to my epic disappointment I get to work and I have a regular chicken sandwich instead of the signature club with bacon and chees and such on it.

Still a good sandwich but when you pay extra for stuff you kind of expect to receive it. Fries were over seasoned and kinda stale too. Just not a good day at the Zax.

Zaxby's is, in my opinion, the best chicken sammich is the chicken sammich wars. Their sauce is like Canes, but better. Their chicken is plump and juicy. Their breading is seasoned and crisp.

As for this location they are no better or worse than the average Zaxby's I have been to. Sometimes slow and their remix machine has something wrong with the ice dispenser so hopefully they will fix that . (its been a few weeks of low or no dispensing)

Their app sucks. I wish it were better. I dont even know how it is bad, but it feels like it is poorly designed and not a good experience to work with.

And their rare bonus/freebies in the app seem to expire fast and are BOGO or something like a side that unless you are eating with a group you will gain nothing or end up costing you more to build a meal than if you just ordered one. (fine if you are with family, but the nearest Zaxby's for me is near work)

Also inflation has bloated the costs of buying ala cart. It costs more to order a sammich and drink than it does a sammich meal. then I end up eating the fries because I hate...

Flag on the play!!! Has anyone noticed how messed up the staff are at this place, especially the ones working at night?! Horsing around too much at work?! I think they've hired some childish and disgruntled workers that play around too much and are sloppy with the food. The Employees on the drive thru Entercom think the speaker is for stand up comedy, men working were yelling "Hurry up" from the kitchen, talking crap and making dumb joke's. Thats why our order tasted weird and not good at all. My drink lid wasnt secure so it ends up spilling all over me in the car. This wasn't the usual service that I'm used too. I drove across town to eat here but this trip was a big Mistake. So, after taking back our order the next day and speaking to the manager Mar, he replaced my meal including the drinks and gave me a gift card. But, something still wasn't right about my salad because my stomach ached all night and I felt sick. Overall the Food Service was poor and sloppy and the food was just as bad as the people working there, it left a bad taste in my mouth and a bad feeling in my stomach. I think I'll give my gift card away and I won't be back untill all the staff have been fired. It comes down to this. Ya'll need to be more careful knowing who your hiring. I rate this place a 0 out of a 10. Bye bye...
