I arrived with a party of 4 a little before 11p. A party of 3 came in a few seconds before us. Both parties waited about 3mins before being greeted, my party waited longer after that while there were employees, walking around, (you can see them through a reflection of a picture standing around) we went to the bar floor to be served while the the server who sat the party of 3 hollered out “take out only” as we were going towards the bar. As we dined, I held a conversation with the bartender as she explained that this location closes at 12a that was understood. Around 11:45p we got our food, I was able to finish one wing of my order of 10 trad, the manager on duty comes out turning off all televisions, I assumed she was only turning off the smaller TVs because they were about to close even with that I didn’t understand because you have guest still dining. We were sitting, eating not loud, disturbing anyone, as I asked the bartender in front of the manager if she’d turn the basketball game on the big screen since the TVs were rudely turned off. The manager asked her for what, the bartender responded that we asked to put the game on the tv, she didn’t acknowledge us at all and told the bartender she was done and was closed. I have never experienced in my life at any restaurant the disrespect the manager displayed towards guest. I’m a former server at bw3 for 3yrs. Corporate or franchise, I have never been told to kick guest out of the restaurant since it was our closing hour. We were kicked out 10mins or less after receiving our food. The manager was very rude and disrespectful, I expressed I felt she was rude and told her I WORKED at bw3 for 3 yrs and never heard of this. She was taking the bartenders drawer to count her money and was kicking us out to do that. This is completely unacceptable, I do not appreciate the way we were treated. The bartender was nice, and apologized for her managers displayed for the lack of consideration and service. Bartenders name was Kim. We received our bill/told we had to leave so manager could count money(drawers) at about 12:10a. Bill was $65.26 to be kicked out for only 10mins after receiving our meal. Read moreFood was great but I really came here to compliment a staff member named Samaya (sp?). She was an absolute pleasure to speak with this evening. So very polite, patient, and helpful. We had an issue in placing an online order. We were attempting to order an online only deal but it would not allow us to select two of the same sauce. It was making us to pick four different kinds. I contacted the restaurant directly and Samaya answered the phone. She attempted placing the order for us only to find that the deal was specific online orders only. She then suggested we place the order online and then call her back to edit the order once submitted. We hung up the phone and attempted placing the order for a second time but found we were now unable to submit our payment. The site seemed to be running very slow and by the time the payment would attempt to process, our selected time slot for pickup would become unavailable and we would have to start the process again. Very frustrating to say the least and in any other situation, I would have given up and found another place for dinner but Saymaya once again stepped up and helped out with such a kind, patient tone. She was on the phone with us for several minutes before we were finally able to get everything processed. After the order was completed, she made adjustments on her end to give us the selections innsauce that we wanted, and then immediately pushed our order thru so we could pick up food within 15mins vs. the 30mins the website had quoted us. You have a real gem of an employee there! Treat her well because unfortunately, this is a rarity these days! Thank...
Read moreOverall, the food was good and the restaurant was clean, but the service was mediocre. Our server just wasn't very pleasant with us. She hardly came to check to see if we needed anything as she did with her other tables. But that wasn't the worst part. I can deal with the fact that she may have been having a bad day, but I was charged $9 more than what my total bill was for. I am not going to assume or make an accusation until I speak with management when they open, but it's hard to explain this. Yes, I did leave a cash tip: slightly under 12%. And yes, I wrote $0 in the tip field of the receipt. I eat out a lot and never has this happened before. It may not seem like a huge deal to some, but it is a huge deal to me. UPDATE 5/20/19 Went to this location and spoke to the manager. The server was there as well and refused to come and speak with me to either: apologize and/or acknowledge whether or not this was a mistake. I had to use the restroom and he came back to talk to my daughter instead and said she thought it was another customer's receipt. Even though the other customer gave her a tip on their card. So this, to me, is a lame excuse and he defended her instead correcting what she had done. He told me that he would reimburse the $9 she stole from me which never happened! I've made a call to corporate and am waiting to hear from them. This woman should not be working in an establishment where she handles others' credit cards. She's a thief! I definitely WILL NOT return to this...
