I went here today 10/15/19 with an $7.99 coupon for lunch special for any sandwich. The cashier tried to sell me the new sandwich with the cripsy onions and I said no that's too much stuff. I want just a simple turkey sandwich lunch special $7.99 she deny the coupon and try to charge me $9.38 why I ask her. She said that's not on the coupon. Honey the coupon said Any sandwich. I went back to my car read the coupon again and went back in the store ask for the manager told her how I felt offended and unsatisfied and she said so you have the $7.99 or what. We don't have to serve you. I told her that was unprofessional and Racist For her to talk to a customer that way. I can read and I question their ethics over equal and fair treatment to use the coupon that was sent to me via email from corporate office. I ask for the number to corporate office and the Manager said find it yourself. Really now tell me that was not racist. So I find the number and made a complaint. Must stand up for what is right. We ordered a whole smoked turkey on their website on November 4th for pick up Wednesday, November 27th. We went to pick up our turkey and the cashier said they didn’t have my order and they’ve been sold out of turkeys since Monday. I received no call that they didn’t have my order to plan to get another turkey earlier than the day before Thanksgiving. We even called the store on Tuesday the 26th to see if we could pick it up early and they told us it would be best to wait until Wednesday to pick it up. They said they weren’t able to do anything for us and wanted to sell us a ham, that we didn’t want. Of course, the day before thanksgiving and nowhere is going to have whole smoked turkey. Luckily my husband was able to find a Smokehouse in downtown Columbus that had smoked turkey (B&K Smokehouse) that literally saved our Thanksgiving.

Oh good I think and awful too. Be prepared if you decided on prepaid with curbside pick to be a long time that's if you get one of the two curbside spots I did not. Ended up parking out in the lot but got inside and they put me in a prepaid line where I waited 20 minutes to be told there was no turkey breast done my order pick up time was 130 they said come back at 3. So went back at 315 got back into prepaid line watched the regular line moving for half an hour plus the poor lady running the line also disappearing as she had to run the curbside by the time I got my order it was after 4.
