Graeter's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Mifflin Township

Every time I have gone to this location of Graeter’s it has been a supreme disappointment.

Either the employees take a century to make your milkshake for some strange reason.

Or the manager is nastily calling out an employee in front of customers causing your order take exponentially longer to make (while telling you they don’t put whipped cream and a cherry on milkshakes (then they do it because they don’t?) which they’ve done for me on request before) then causing your milkshake to be literal liquid, not a milkshake because it was badly made or just had enough time to melt while you were calling out an employee and making a couple other orders.

I haven't had Graeter's in several years but was given a gift card so I thought I would give this location a try.

I ordered a double scoop in a cup. The two scoops were the smallest I have ever received and we're almost melted. When I told the girl scooping the ice cream how small I thought it was she just shrugged and moved on to the next customer. Long story short I'm glad I didn't waste my own money on this horrible experience.

I posted a picture of the ice cream I was served. Just look for the picture with the melted ice cream in a cup.

Sadly that melted cup of ice cream was $5. I would recommend you take your hard earned money and go anywhere else for ice cream. At the very least avoid...

A worker, I believe names Nicholas, yelled to me to sit down at a table in front of the whole full store because I don’t wear a mask for health reasons. He literally embarrassed me in-front of everyone and the place was full. I will 100% be making a formal complaint for illegal discrimination and taking action over this situation. I have never been treated so poorly. I’m sure the ADA would crack down on this location for discrimination. Such an awful awful way to handle customers. I haven’t had an issue anywhere else and never have I felt so embarrassed by someone yelling and I quote, “I don’t want to do this today”, he said. Do what!? Server someone with a disability? So...
