I had ordered lunch online from this location, expecting it to take maybe 5 to 10 minutes longer than the estimated delivery time. I was supposed to get my order around 12:55, but by 1:30 it still had not arrived. I called to see how much longer it would be. The male associate on the phone said the driver just left so it would be another 10-15 minutes. I had said I already waited over a half hour extra from what the online confirmation told me. He had stated that they preferred people called in their orders that way they could give a more accurate time frame. How am I supposed to know to do that? If I can order online, that's what I am going to do. If the online time is not right, they should not have that at all. I then said I wanted a refund. He told me that he could offer me a $10 credit to my next order. I stated I was not going to order from them again and I wanted my money back. He wasn't even offering the amount of what I paid for my order, which was over $15.00. I asked for a manager, which is what he was, then said I wanted my money back. He then assumed I didn't want my order anymore as well. I told him no, I want my pizza and my money back. I am still waiting for my refund......
I normally do not have problems with Jets, but I will not order from them...
Read moreJet's is my very favorite pizza.... HOWEVER, we were sadly disappointed when we picked up '5' pizzas for a very special party for my dad and his long-time friends on our Christmas vacation. ALL 5 pizzas were thin, flat, way over-cooked, shriveled toppings, and had burnt brown cheese. I was mortified after bragging that I was going to treat all of them to Jets. It was supposed to be our Thank You gift for their friendship to my parents through the years and especially this year as my parents adjusted to assisted living. It was a "pizza" party, so it was the main food and there was not time to change course. We had flown in from Florida and had the party planned for a over a month. Honestly, I was sick when I opened the boxes. I was completely embarrassed and had no choice but to serve the pizzas. (Not to mention it was over $90 wasted, on top of the embarrassment.) I'm not sure if it was a disastrously bad night at this location, or if someone needs to look in on them. I have celiac disease but I have found that I am not as sensitive as other celiacs, I can handle a tiny bit of cross contam and be okay. I HAVE had reactions from Dominos and Donatos. I have found ROMEOS is the safest option around. But I tried jets, took a few bites and waited 2 hours to see and then finished it when I didn’t have a reaction. I will say I had an extremely mild GI response but that also could have been because ya know, yummy, cheesey, greasy pizza.
