I would give zero stars if possible. The experience was horrific. Pizza was cold and hard. It was delivered 30 minutes after it left store and I only live 2/10 of a mile away. Tracker said my pizza left store at 7:46pm snd was delivered at 8pm. Pizza did not show up until 8:12pm. Driver said that "the tracker is junk ." The manager, Angel, yelled at me when I called to complain. The driver told me he had a delivery 15 minutes away from me and went there first. That is why it took 30 min. When I told the manager, she called me a liar and said that would be ridiculous. I told her that is what the driver yold me and she said that he was incorrect. Then When i told her about the tracker she said "well its wrong and there is nothing she can do about it." She continued to say that the app and website are not any good. I told her that I wanted my money back and that I was going to go to get a good /hot pizza from Larry's. The manager said "go ahead and order from Larry's i'm happy for you!"
If this manager, Angel, is representative of Domino's quality, no wonder why the pizza and app are so bad. The fact that their employees say that the "tracker is junk" just...
Read moreWorst Dominos. Won't be going back to the Mifflinburg location. Put in a Web order around 5:30 on 2/3/17... wife went in when they said the order would be ready for pick up. She arrived finding a mob and total cluster. Web said order was ready yet after she waited almost an hour, still nothing. Everyone was getting their orders given to them for free but who cares if u have to wait days. Plus people coming in later were walking out with orders before people that had been waiting a long time. She has much more patience than I And waited it out.. If we want Domino's from now on we'll do like previously and drive to Lewisburg.
Oh then when she got home, like I was surprised, they had the order screwed up. Wrong pizzas toppings steak sandwiches had almost no meat on them most cheese missed br he sandwich and ended up as burnt to a crisp gunk on the side.
Owners better get a handle quick. This is completely unacceptable for any restaurant. Hopefully when this place goes out of business due to their crap management maybe we'll get a Little Ceasars or Papa Johns to...

When I submitted the order, I kept getting an error when trying to complete the purchase. The website said to try again "momentarily" and to call the store if still unable to complete order. After two submissions, I called the store and ordered. I used the coupons that I was using online. They told me at the store, that they can't use the one coupon because it is for "online" only. I said but I tried to order that way and it wouldn't work. She said "nothing I can do about that hon". "We don't have a button for that". She says the website must be down. Not good customer service. Great way to make and extra buck for the store if they don't have to honor...
