Rudy's Tacos — Restaurant in Milan

The owner definitely needs to work on hiring people who have customer service personalities.. both the manager and general manager basically took turns back and forth to not only try and make me feel like I was stupid or in the wrong but basically tell me it was my fault that my order was messed up not once but TWICE and I had to wait a half an hour just for the first mess up. No apology no type of empathy and definitely didn't take responsibility for their own actions then as I was finally had enough and walked away they were very loudly and rudely talking about me. This Rudy's is the best one I've ever gone to. Although it is smaller, they have the best food, beating both Moline and East Moline. The waitresses are friendly and outgoing. They make sure everything is okay and that you are enjoying what you've ordered. The food comes fast and it comes fresh, and let me tell you....it's so much better tasting. It has more flavor and is more lively to me than the food from E.M. and Moline. I'd love to go here more often if I had enough money to spend for going out. UPDATE: RUDY'S made this right. They made up for the meal by giving us another. The food was as delicious as I remembered. We will definitely be back.

Wow! I grew up with this. Have always loved their food. But this is the second time in several months, that we were very disappointed. A dab of lettuce, 1 tomato on my taco. Same on Buritto.
