Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Milford Mill

I filled out the form per request. I have yet to receive a refund for missing items in my order. When I contacted the store originally I was told that DoorDash had to issue the refund, despite the fact that I ordered directly from the BWW Website.

When I contacted DoorDash they insisted that the refund had to come from the store because the store website took direct payment. This led to a back and forth phone tag game with the Manager Rav* who insisted there was nothing the store could do and that it was on DoorDash to issue the refund, despite the Doordash representative on the phone stating this was not the case. I was told someone from the store would contact me by the next business day and of course that didn't happen.

Here we are weeks later and still nothing. Completely dissatisfied and will now have to make a fraud claim with my Banking institution.

This has happened before with another location, however, the Columbia location was able to complete the refund on their end as expected w/o DoorDash; So I am not understanding why this location either does not know the policy and/or doesn't care. Either way, I would never return here and caution anyone who does online ordering from this...

This has nothing to do with the people working, or managing, I think this is just a corporate issue:

The wings themselves are cooked well, no complaints there. However, where's the sauce? There's barely enough to cover the wings, but I imagine that is just how corporate would like them done. The fry and dipping sauce portions could be a little more generous, but again this is probably just a cost saving protocol. The bleu cheese could be bleu-ier.

Is it worth your money? I don't know, there's another wing place next door that seems like it's locally owned-- this one is just open later.

If you have a coupon, sure. If you don't? There are better places.

Edit: these wings were frozen, which is something to be expected-- but upon further munchig I think i'd rather buy...

Second time at this location. Ordered 2 BBQ bacon cheeseburger. 1 regular 1 without mayo When I was given my order both boxes had a sticker that said no mayo. I spoke with the person who made the sandwichs and they mentioned the error with the stickers. Got home and yet again the bacon on the sandwichs are undercooked (2nd time ordering this sandwich) and I was charged and given the the all American bacon cheeseburger, not the BBQ bacon cheeseburger I ordered. I think the cashier didn't hear my order correctly because the music was being played very loudly. New location may need to re-evaluate some processes. Not pleased...
