Been ordering here for a number of years.
I have found out that there is a 50% chance something will be missing or wrong.
Most times a pizza topping is completely missing. Other times the pizza wasn't prepared properly and had uncovered sections.
Often times there's a chance it will be overdone. I hate overdone pizza.
The only time I complained was when an order was utterly messed up and I had called to report it. The manager was unfriendly, finally offered a refund.... a refund I never got. Although that's a new low in customer mistreatment at this location, I wasn't about to argue it further.... but be warned the service at this location has been hit and miss for a long time, even before the pandemic. I am not the complaining type, I usually "let it go" but after so many times the quality check has failed, I felt I needed to write this review.
Fast pizza isn't better than correct pizza.
Franchise management should be looking at this location very closely. The problems out of here are chronic and ongoing... which is unfortunate because when they get it right it's my favorite pizza...

My pizza took 1.5 hours to be delivered today. My email confirmation at 11:27 said it would take 20-35 minutes. I ordered it online 35 minutes before my lunch break specifically because I knew it would be busy and probably take 45 minutes, so I wanted to be sure it arrived somewhere within my 12p-12:30p lunch break. I got 3 updates on the pizza tracker:
Mark began prepping your order at 11:27 Mark began prepping your order at 11:50 Mark began prepping your order at 12:25
Finally at 12:30 my pizza was in the oven.
Mark began quality checking my order at 12:37. Mark left the store at 12:46. My pizza was delivered at 12:58.
Is Mark the only person working here? Mark, if it’s just you, I feel for you, I really do. The quality of the pizza was fine - no complaints against Mark, but clearly this store is understaffed.
But I’ll be sticking with Sal’s pizza on Elm St from now on. Even during their busiest hours, it’s never taken more than 40 minutes for a pizza. Domino’s needs to hire more people if they’re going to meet customer...
Read moreThe last time I ordered delivery, about 2wks ago, I waited about 45 mins and my tracker hadn't changed and still did not have my food, so I called. I was then told that it might take another 45 mins to an hour-at least-.... So I asked if I could cancel the delivery and pick up and if so, how much longer until the food was ready. I was told about 10mins. I waited 10 mins, drove there, and then was told it would be another 15 mins or so. All in all it took about 1.5hrs at least to get my food. I will say that the employees were all still polite even though it was very obvious that they were slammed and possibly overworked. They all still had smiles and were laughing and joking with each other. I'm hoping it was just a fluke that night. I've never had a wait like that from that location, ever. I will still order from this location...
