Dunkin' — Restaurant in Milford

It's alright... this location isn't too busy when I've been there, but I'm not there often enough to comment more on their service; but I was the only one in there early this morning and they made my egg n' bacon pretty good, however, I was very clear that I didn't want cheese on it because I never asked for it, and plus I said since it seems to be a common mistake in general. But like I said, they still screwed my order since cheese literally kills me. They should be a little more careful when taking orders correctly or actually reading what you've written down, from what I can tell.

If I didn't look before I left the place and hopped in my car rushing somewhere, I would have been feeling a whole lot different; but I wasn't in a rush at the time to be anywhere luckily so I was a lot more forgiving. For someone who has had an extensive set of medical records, involving my gut/stomach, any other day I may have not been so polite out of sheer frustration... especially when I told her she put cheese on my sandwich, and she looks at me & says nothing,...

Short staffed, fine. Poor management, fine. Out of most ingredients, also fine. Never any parking.... But the horrible attitude and terrible customer service from the untrained, unsupervised staff is why I'll never go back. If you can not make a simple cup of coffee correctly, why bother opening the doors? The lady before demanded her $, the lady after me was screaming and getting involved in all of the mistakes that were being made.... It was chaos today (and honestly most days at this location) but the tourists see D&D and swerve on...

Nice place, could use a remodel it's to dreary. As for service, I use the mobile ordering so I don't get the snotty attitude most of the young workers have in there. And after my last visit I'm not going back after the comment was made to me "well a tip would be nice, I did make your coffee" not going back there...
