Golden Hammer Tattoo Studios — Attraction in Milford Township

My girlfriend went here to get a tattoo by jen for her 18th birthday. she scheduled an appointment several weeks in advanced and when we showed up the artist was nowhere to be found. we waited almost an hour for her to show up and when she did she didn’t even have a stencil ready. We waited another hour for her to draw up a stencil and by the time we finally got to the tattoo we had been waiting almost 2 hours. The tattoo itself took less than an hour however the artist took smoke breaks every 15 minutes. Her tattoo was the tree of life and towards the end of the tattoo she realized the artist decided to simplify the roots of the tree, making the bottom half of the tattoo look nothing like what she had asked for. After the healing process finished the whole tattoo is one big blowout and scarred all over. Update: I am sorry for doing this but I had to change my review. I had an appointment 2 months out with an artist. Unfortunately she did not communicate with me as expected. I attempted numerous times to reach her and was told that she would reach out before the appointment. I never heard anything from anybody particularly on the day of the appointment! I simply gave up. I could not have someone with that type of responsibility or lack thereof working on my body. They get two stars because the gentleman that owns the business is fantastic.

Update 2 you would think a business would look for an opportunity to redeem their reputation. However this is not the case at your establishment. Poorly describing your consulting and reservation process while simultaneously telling the customer they are wrong...

Golden Hammer Studios provides a relaxing and clean atmosphere with welcoming/accomidating staff! The staff are informative, open minded, welcoming and made my experience very relaxing. The establishment is kept to a high standard. The studio is clean and organized and they take the time to display all the equipment is new and area is sanitized as before beginning a session. I recommend Golden Hammer studios to anyone looking for quality work and trusting artist. I will be coming back for more ink soon!
