Booked this room for a company party. And to be completely honest.. beds comfortable, pillows amazing, sheets nice and soft and at first look it was cute and charming. I even said to my husband this is a good honeymoon spot. Its close to things to do, it's quaint and it seems like they have a lot to offer from the hotel alone. Upon staying in our room for more then 10 mins we were over powered by the heating supply which I think was oil and it gave me a horrible headache. The shower dripped more like a fast drip, the coffee that was placed out was a thank God for the morning until I opened my creamers provided by the hotel and it was bad. Also they had plenty of lite and sweet or sweet and low but they had 3 packets of 3 different sugars one raw and to normal white sugars. I said we'll at least we can catch the free breakfast before we leave, at 8 am we gathered our things to find an old snickers in the freezer half eaten. Went down to a completely empty entrance no one at service to actually check you out and breakfast was no where to be seen. Then upon driving home I remembered I left a copy of a very important confidential paper in the drawer in the dresser in the room i was staying in, I called and I told them exactly where I placed it. And if they could just shred it for me. They called back and said no paper was left. To be honest the price was crazy for such a small room that looked cute at first Glace to only become a nightmare the more time we...

Read moreWhen we arrived, it wasn't clear where we needed to go. There was no signage. You needed to enter through a first-floor restaurant, which was locked despite being during check-in hours. I called the hotel number, and they said they did not have our reservation (made through Hotels.com and paid for), and I had to make a new reservation. However, they would not honor the price through Hotels.com. Their listing on Hotels.com said the mattress was a pillow top. It was not. The pillow top mattress was the reason I selected this hotel. Finally, our room was above the bar, and they had karaoke running past 9:00 p.m. The music was loud enough to make watching TV unreasonable. It was a poor experience that...
