Dunkin' — Restaurant in Milford

I have felt the need to write a review of a Dunkin’ Donuts, but the patience and professionalism I saw demonstrated today from several of the people working there in the face of some of the rudest customers I have ever seen has gotten me to this point. The three customers (same order) in front of me were trying to talk over each other to order, and never clarified their order after they placed it, and then berated the workers as a group when they forgot to put cream in one of their coffees. The customer after me never specified how he wanted his wife’s coffee made, so they made on black, and his wife had a near conniption fit in the four seconds it took them to add milk. (For the record, I asked for oatmilk in my coffee, and got oatmilk.)

Both of these instances were handled with the kind of grace and patience most people reserve for infants—although given the maturity level of those customers, maybe that was merited.

I specifically want to give a shout out to the young lady with pink hair who apologized to me for the wait, even though it was not at all her fault—thank you!

This is my first time at your dunkin and I really hate my experience at your dunkin … the crew members talking to me was not appropriate, order accuracy was not there at all … because i ordered a small midnight and they gave me a medium coffee… and there was no sticker to any of the coffee… that’s not acceptable at all … my friend is allergic to oat milk so how will he able to identify which one is latte and which one is midnight and the bageltwist was toasted with strawberry cc … they gave it on side and did not even cut the bagel twist …. There is no order accuracy and we asked for a small ones they gave us all medium ones… and there is no sign board that if we can only order 3 coffees in the drive thru … that’s not dunkin standards at all … i...

I had SUPER HORRIBLE n WORST Experience at this Dunkin Milford Connecticut location bcoz there was only one counter open at busy hours n the lady was SUPER SLOW n she had attitude n there was super big line n only one counter open n they want business but they don’t want to pay staff.

It literally took 22min to get my number to order. This was insane n there was McDonald’s at McDonald’s it took only 51sec to get my 3 order done. My god I had super bad experience at this location Dunkin’ Donuts. It was pricey also. Over all zero star. Bad bad bad service of this Dunkin’ Donuts location.
