This Dunkinâ Donuts location is by far the worst location that I have even been too and to be located in the such a beautiful town I was completely appalled at the lack of customer service skills and lack of hospitality especially from the âshift supervisorâ. I have been to a number of different Dunkinâ Donut locations all across Massachusetts and at every single location I have ordered the same drink the same way and have received it with no argument nor complication. Saturday, August 23rd I pulled through the drive through at this location for the very first time because I usually go to the Dunkinâ located in downtown Milford and tried to order my usual, A vanilla bean coolatta, add 2 pumps of strawberry syrup, a employee processed to tell me that I can not order that drink and that I need to order either a vanilla bean or a strawberry one. I reassured them that as a proud Dunkin customer and former employee that drinks are made to customer preference so if I ask for some something to be added into my beverage whether itâs a syrup or a drizzle it is there job to make it the way that I asked for it to be made because I am a paying customer. The employee proceeded to saying â we will not make itâ â and that âwe donât have to make itâ in which I proceeded to leave and drive to my regular location and get exactly what I asked for with no questions at all (picture posted below) these employees need to be trained on customer service skill and customer satisfaction.    Read moreIf I could give a zero-star rating, I would. I had a very upsetting experience with the shift manager, "VENKY," whose behavior was unprofessional and completely lacking in basic customer service.
When I ordered a Wake-Up Wrap, he was rude from the start, offering a list of options in a dismissive tone. I selected my choice, but when I received my order, the hash brown was missing. When I asked about it, his response was, âYou didnât ask for it,â in a tone that was unnecessarily harsh and unhelpful.
He showed no willingness to listen or provide a solution. It was clear that he didnât care about my experience as a customer or about representing the Dunkinâ brand in a positive way. His attitude was disrespectful, and the interaction felt borderline abusive.
I am requesting that this issue be formally escalated. I would like to know how to submit an official report regarding this incident. Please have someone follow up with me directly. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I believe it needs to be addressed...

I used to go regularly but now opt to go to the next one down the street for 3 reasons. 1st I get the same order for less money, 2nd my order is more accurate, but 3rd and MOST importantly the coffee at this location tastes like water. I frequent 4 different locations and have no problem with the price variance since I understand how it works, but to pay more than any of the other places To have black coffee with turbo shot and caramel swirl taste like sugar water is ridiculous. The staff is great, always very friendly, but the equipment has probably never been calibrated. I find this odd since its supposed to be checked daily and yet for months (whenever I decide to give them another chance) the iced coffee has been off.
