McDonald's — Restaurant in Milford

We went through Drive Thru. After waiting at pick up window for about 4 minutes, they asked us to pull ahead & they would bring our order out to us. Then an additional 7 minutes went by. Finally went into the store to find out what the problem was (we had no special orders or requests) an employee coming out told me "it was because they had to make fries (this was a few minutes before noon on a Friday) & ur telling me u weren't ready for the lunch rush. Asked for the manager. She stated all orders are cooked to order. My swiss / mushroom burger broke (how does a burger break??) Therefore, they had to make it over again. Ok, ....Was it there were no fries ready OR my burger 'broke'when they were making the Swiss mushroom Burger?????? Both the employee & the female manager seemed to have the attitude 'I was bothering them', no apologies and wouldn't answer when I asked.... was it the fries or the burger that kept me waiting?? To top it off, the mushroom swiss cheese burger was so salty. I could barely finish it. On a good note....the bun was perfect. Just the QUALITY AND QUANTITY needed a lot of help. I would definitely not recommend...

AWFUL SERVICE & IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD!! I ASKED FOR THE MCCHICKEN MEAL & I REQUESTED EXTRA PICKLES AND EXTRA ONIONS on the sandwich and I didn't get any!! They simply gave me a bunch of lettuce on a McChicken and the wrapper wasn't even wrapped!! THEN THEY ASKED ME WHAT SAUCE I WANTED FOR MY NUGGETS, I SAID RANCH & WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW, I ASKED IS THERE RANCH IN THE BAG? THE YOUNG MAN TOLD ME YES. HE CASHED ME OUT, GAVE ME NO RECEIPT AND I FOUND OUT WHEN I STOPPED TO EAT, THAT I GOT NO SAUCE! THEN THE DRINK COMES WITH THE MEAL THAT I ORDERED & THEY DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME A STRAW OR NAPKINS!! I HAD TO DRIVE BACK AROUND THE DRIVE-THRU WITH MY FOOD ON MY LAP TO GET MY STRAW, NAPKINS AND RANCH. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS MCDONALD'S EVER AGAIN!! IF I WASN'T IN SUCH A RUSH TO GO PICK UP MY CHILD, I WOULD HAVE GONE BACK INSIDE AND THROWN MY FOOD ON THE COUNTER & SAID MAKE MY ENTIRE MEAL OVER!! THE ENTIRE ORDER IS WRONG!! NEVER AGAIN!! I will gladly drive to the other side of town on Medway Rd. to get GREAT SERVICE & the order is...

I understand this place is always busy so they have 2 lanes open. Today I pulled in and there was a car in the first lane so I pulled into the 2nd lane. The lady says over the speaker “give me a minute” I say ok thank you. While I’m waiting, I watch 3 cars pull thru the first lane and I haven’t been helped. I say hello? She says “ ma’am I said give me a minute” no apology....just wait. Finally I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and that’s it. I get home and my burgers are full of pepper. Not a sprinkle of pepper like a whole jar of pepper on both burgers. I just worked 20 hours and I am so exhausted and so hungry that I actually cried when I opened these. Like why??? What did I do?
