McDonald's — Restaurant in Milford

Disappointed by unexpected charge and overall experience.

I stopped by to get a few items and asked for water and ice for my dog on a hot day. I was told they could only provide ice—but then I noticed a charge for 3 sauce packets, which I was later told was actually for the ice. It’s truly surprising and disappointing that a McDonald’s would charge for a small cup of ice, especially when it’s for a pet and I was already a paying customer.

The hot fudge sundae was also subpar. Normally, there’s fudge swirled into the ice cream and some along the sides, but here it was just a large amount of plain ice cream with a small dollop of fudge on top. I had to ask for more just to get some balance. I’ve had much better sundaes at other McDonald’s locations.

Overall, a disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back to...

On top of waiting for 5 minutes at the window before being acknowledged….Tried to Use a code on the McDonald’s app just for a $1 fry, I asked her why she was trying to scan my phone because she already applied the code, and my phone said I recently used the code at a location cause she just took it at the order box, she wouldn’t take my debit card, we had a language barrier couldn’t communicate, honestly sorry but lost my patience drove away, she wasted my $1 code and paid $5 for fries at the Milford McDonald’s Boston Post Road cause that woman 95 south was a waste, but hey Milford McDonald’s on Boston Post had great service and hot fresh fries. Forget about this one here on 95… and normally I’m not petty like this...

My family and I have been traveling across state for a while and decided to stop (in new Milford) to grab some food, due to my medical condition, I cannot wear a mask. We got up to the line to order, one worker had asked about my mask and I told them I can’t wear one. She then told me I cannot be served. So I stepped back and let my brother order for me since he was wearing his mask. The lady was very rude and disrespectful to the rest of them after our encounter. We received our food, but everything was messed up with our order, stuff was ok our burgers that is unknown, so we had to throw them away. All of our drinks were also messed up. We will never be going...
