The lady doesn't speak good english. She didn't understand what I was asking. I've never had boba tea but I heard its gnarly and wanted to try it. I don't like tea so I would've liked something fruiter but I tried asking her questions and she didn't understand. I got the brown sugar kind with the classic boba. The boba was chewy and didn't have flavor. The brown sugar milk tea was made with hot tea and very strong. I didn't really taste any brown sugar. Is this a boba shop, or not? 9 out of 10 times when we go in, they are “out” of the classic tapioca boba. Today we visited and there was only enough boba for one of our milk teas. We bought one with and one without boba and were still charged full price for the drink without boba. The tea is fine, with or without boba, but the service is mediocre at best. At this point we have tried three times to get bubble tea at this cafe. The first two times there was an extraordinarily long wait and the third time they were closed on a Saturday afternoon with no reason on the sign. My two girls were so disappointed all three times.
