Where do I start 😔 I had a horrible experience and will not be ordering from this location anymore. I placed an order of a speciality buffalo chicken pizza, Xlg 3 topping pizza, Lg pizza half pepperoni and 16 buffalo wings. The order took 90 mins before it was delivered and once it was delivered every single pizza including the 16 wings were cold. Mind you I had 5 children waiting to eat dinner. Once I received the order I had to reheat everything which made our wait longer. I called the store and spoke with the manager Dawn who was very professional and apologized and put in a Quality Guarantee order for me for everything. She stated typically the wings are not included but she guaranteed the wings would be added into the Quality Guaranteed order for the next time I called. So I called back tonight it being a Saturday night to take advantage of this kindly gesture only to get a different story when trying to place my order. This time I spoke with Heather who stated she was the GM of the store and she said she could not Quality Guarantee the wings even though the other manager Dawn had done so. I told her Dawn explained they typically don’t guarantee the wings but in this case she did and said she put a note in the order, Heather still would not honor what another manager had guaranteed me. I asked would she be willing to replace the wings with a dessert and she said no! Sorry to say but that’s not excellent customer service nor is that a perfect example to set for ur store or employees as a GM of the store. I was not given a call by my delivery driver that they were unable to fulfill my room delivery request, so then of course there was no chance to inspect the order for accuracy on my end. This is one way to address the issue, actually hand the food to the customer who paid for it. Next issue after having to call in to the store since there is no automated online resolution option, the person who answered could not ( would not ) provide any sort of correction helpful for this issue. No option for partial refund, discount code, return visit with the drink, or even adjusting the tip to reflect the service provided. Her solution was next time I order she can write a note for me to get the drink. The issue with her proposed solution is there will not be a next time.

Read moreWish I could leave zero stars. This Papa John’s delivered my food to the wrong address. That’s cool I get it, mistakes happen. But they said my only choice was to wait 3 hours for a new pizza to be delivered or they will give me a store credit. I just wanted a refund at that point. The cashier started to refund me but a someone in the background started telling her no. According to the “general manager” they would not issue me a refund due to store policy. The whole time this manager acted like he had anything better to do than resolve my issue. Papa John’s has always been my favorite chain pizza but not anymore. I will no longer order pizza from them. I know this will not affect the business, stocks won’t drop over this review, but a change needs to be made at this store. I’m out almost 50 bucks and didn’t receive my food.
